Hope you are all having a great start to fall and enjoying the feel of these Equinox energies. Here in Sedona, we’ve noticed the quick switch over to the cooling fall temps and subtle changing color of the leaves. The enLIGHTening crystalline plasma has been so palpably felt and received during the rains over the last week.
Wherever you are living notice the changes in the air, not just because of the fall season but also because of the amplification of the divine codes, plasma and higher frequencies reflected in the Schumann resonance and KP index spikes. For those who don’t know what this means, just know that these are big energies coming in that we are integrating to assist us with the expansion of our consciousness.
There are choice points available to many on our paths now, both personally and for the collective. So it’s giving us a chance to contemplate some things.
This refinement and recalibration is happening in a variety of life areas. And with the last solar eclipse on the 21st in Virgo and the sun now in Libra, we are really getting into the details. What needs to be changed in your life or overall lifestyle so you can experience more balance and harmony?
In relationships, this is a great time to clarify boundaries and ask for what you want and need. In can often be helpful to open the lines of communication by sharing what you appreciate in the relationship and want more of. This can be encouraging for both people.
And then if you know you need to talk about what is not working, do so with gentleness, grace and kindness. It’s important to remember that what truly supports your highest good in the connection will always be good for the other person as well. This is the case for relationships of all kinds–couples, friendships, work partnerships and family members.
Although it’s vital to talk about your values and what might be out of balance, remember that this should be about overall fairness and harmony, not about keeping score. Apply equinimity where you can. Equinimity is about being in acceptance with what is and not being attached to outcomes. So this is another area to work on if you tend to be intolerant or have agendas with people or circumstances in relationships.
If it’s difficult for you to speak your truth with another, consider what’s holding you back. Is there a fear of rejection or loss there? This is the time to operate from more of a place of strength, self-worth, courage and empowerment.
If you become estranged or lose a relationship because you’ve asked for what you want or expressed your true feelings, ask yourself, was that really an authentic connection for you? Perhaps at this time it is no longer in alignment for you.
On top of this, equality with giving and receiving is being highlighted in partnerships of all kinds. You’ll know exactly where you are on the spectrum with this and if you need to step up and give more or become more receptive.
There are many other types of questions we are asking ourselves regarding our relationships in this cycle. Many are pondering what they really value and desire in partnerships of all kinds. And this next upcoming full moon in Aries on Oct. 6th will help us all with taking any appropriate actions.
Keep in mind that whatever we don’t take action on that is in right alignment for us, will often be corrected by the universe in unexpected ways. So don’t delay! Take time to reflect on what is essential if needed. But use this window of time especially while Mars is in Scorpio until Nov 4th to go deep and have those heart-to-heart conversations, no matter how intense they may feel.
Personal revelations, aha’s and epiphanies will be dropping in for many this month. So holding compassion and forgiveness for self and others is important. Our overall expanding awareness is what supports our processes of change and reciprocity in exchanges with all beings.
These changes we make in personal relationships ripple out to benefit those in our wider circles–neighbors, community and our greater collective humanity. This also involves our animal and nature kingdoms. Considering how we can stay more balanced, in equality and harmony with everyone in the groups above will be up for more in this next cycle.
If you are called to take those first steps, practice reciprocity where you can, with a group that you usually don’t focus on or acknowledge. Then step back and open up to receive back in another way, perhaps in some way you don’t see coming with someone you don’t know! This is when we experience the magic of harmony, love and generosity more spontaneously in our lives. The universe always delivers. And we can expect to see and experience more of this magic in the next couple months of this beautiful fall season!

We are now in the eclipse corridor. Big changes are happening for many of us, personally and collectively. It can be helpful to view this time as an adventure which brings joy and ease with navigating the unknown…
This first eclipse is a total lunar one in Pisces on Sunday, September 7th. The energy of this eclipse can help you to be aware of the need for healing, completions, letting go, compassion and forgiveness.
Expect any life areas where healing is not complete to come to your attention. The same is true for letting go. Whatever it is that you know you need to release, whether it be emotional patterns, material objects, a particular relationship, belief system etc, if you do not willingly release these things the universe will often help you do this in unexpected ways. So take those needed steps!
The completion or endings that happen ignite the beginning of a new and upgraded cycle for many. We are feeling the expansion in many life areas. Timeline jumps and collective shifts are occurring. The accelerated transformation is palpable!
These changes can leave us a bit disoriented, overwhelmed or forgetful.
You may also experience a feeling of being lost, unsure of where you should go next in life or even questioning if you are in the right place doing the right thing.
This is all normal and to be expected during a timeline jump and simultaneous fresh start. It can even feel like your familiar environment is now somewhat unfamiliar. For example, it may be that some old things from your home or even landmarks in your neighborhood vanish from your personal reality in one moment and then show up again later, different in some way. Often in the case of outdated tangibles like computer files, photos or other sentimental objects of the past, they may disappear permanently!
If you are questioning your path, let your intuition guide you forward through any of the unknowns. And if you still don’t have the clarity yet, by the fall season around October time, you may experience illuminations that will help with discernment and choices.
But along with letting go of past grudges and cultivating compassion and forgiveness, I can’t emphasize enough the need to give up judgment. This is something being worked on by many individuals and our collective at large.
What people or groups do you still judge? If it’s challenging for you to pinpoint this, think of the areas of your life, people or aspects of the world that bring up the most irritation, powerlessness, anger or repulsion in you.
One easy place to see this playing out is in politics, especially as the division continues. Remember that everyone out there, including any groups are our mirrors. I’ve even seen healers judging and condemning other healers. And we are the ones who should be role modeling a compassionate stance!
When we can begin embracing everyone no matter what their beliefs, values or past and present behaviors, the division starts to dissolve and more unity results. This is when we get to see real change! Some helpful advice here, you don’t have to share their beliefs, values and like or accept their behaviors. Quite the contrary, actually.
The key is to embrace them as a fellow human with all their faults, just like you. Because you have a similarity to them in some way otherwise you wouldn’t feel the charge. Often these similarities come from other lifetimes.
Releasing judgment also involves the process of moving out of victimhood. It’s up to all of us to step into self-empowerment and begin creating different life outcomes. Sometimes the healing that needs to happen for this can take a whole lifetime or many lifetimes. Embracing this truth as reality and living by it can take a big leap in consciousness, but many humans are starting to get it!
After we take time to integrate this lunar event, we will have another eclipse, a partial solar one on Sunday September 21st. This one will occur in the sign of Virgo. It will serve to inspire many in their service work, passions, purpose and communication. Many will feel called to help or deepen their connection to the animal and nature kingdoms. They may start up projects to help these beings.
This solar eclipse will bring the most change for many. It could mean physical (home) moves, expansion in work or career, getting closer to goals that have been worked on for some time…But it will also help empower people to live a more healthy and balanced lifestyle. And to think about what really matters.
What would be the best life flow for you? And how could you accomplish that? It’s about eliminating old habits, addictions or any striving or survival energies. This is when more people can move out of enslavement, especially as it is related to the workforce. It’s an opportunity for more freedom, joy, creativity and autonomy in what we choose to do or be for a living or purpose.
Now that is something worth all the time we’ve waited for!
And what about the collective/world shifts many have been wondering about? Well, much of that still remains to be seen because these eclipse energies may take up to six months for full integration.
As for the month of September and October, we can expect to see more earth related or weather disruptions but also more visible earth healing and thriving! And as I shared in my last blog post on Mercury Retrograde and the Lion’s Gate, some changes will occur on the political scene as well.
To the excitement of many lightworkers and wayshowers, seeing more of the unseens which can include nature spirits, other higher dimensionals like ET’s, angelic beings and magical beings such as unicorns will also be something wonderful to behold.
All of it serves us in the forward progress of our collective ascension!

My work involves helping to bring comfort, healing & blessings on a body, mind and spirit level, no matter what their life circumstances may be. The cattle pictured below are from a variety of different ranches and farms.

These last two photos were taken at a large dairy (Factory Farm) outside of Phoenix. They received the same blessings, comfort & energy healing as the farm animals on small ranches, farms and in sanctuaries. I refer to the healing I did with these cows in my first 2 short videos at the top of this post.
I am following my calling to be in service to these cattle and other farm and wild animals so that they may be touched by the love, blessings and healing of Source. May all beings benefit!

The incoming energies are very powerful right now in this special Lion’s Gate passage and Mercury Retrograde (MR) cycle that goes until August 12th. Can you feel it, the push and pull towards transformation? It’s coming for each of us personally and the collective. For some these might be smaller or more subtle changes while for others it could be monumental. This could be the kind of shift you’ve been waiting a long time for, perhaps even decades.
You might be feeling the need to slow down, listen, get quiet and still. If so, surrender to it. If plans get cancelled or changed, you’ll notice in this unique MR and Lion’s Gate portal that what comes in place of the plans is even better. As usual, during this time take care of any loose ends and projects you’ve put on the back burner or forgotten about when you’ve been too busy. Make plans for those endeavors now!
Get off technology when you can and be in nature more. If you find computers don’t work or other glitches with tech happen, it’s a call to get you out in more of a natural setting or in an organic life flow. And especially in this particular MR cycle, this will often lead to aligned synchronicities where you cross paths with just the right person or receive the perfect opportunity or have the experience you need to have in divine timing!
As usual with most Lion’s Gate passages, we have the ability to heal and manifest much more quickly and easily. And in this year’s portal, a special emphasis on raising our abundance quotient and moving beyond previous blocks to greater plenitude is possible for those who are ready.
So let the sleepy energy, the slowing down in this cycle help you go deeper in your meditation and healing processes. You’ll be guided from this deep place within. Much will be revealed now about where you are headed next on your own life path around the time of the eclipses in September. The September eclipse season is the starting point or marker for when we’ll start to see many of these changes show up for us personally and collectively.
As for what might occur collectively, from August through October, we can expect shifts financially, where more people begin to choose to combine other types of currencies with their traditional currency, like the many kinds of digital currencies, silver and gold to support their financial realities. There could also be changes in governmental leadership, new regimes or policies that help the collective in unexpected ways and shifts in our natural world.
As for nature, more volcanos, earthquakes, floods, fires and other natural phenomenon can occur in this gateway and beyond. Some of these natural disasters are a reflection of the transmutation and release of the old 3D earth energy. Accept that this is part of the process and know that more of Gaia in her 5D and higher realm states are available to us in our greater collective reality as the shift in consciousness continues.
It’s important that we all do our part during this Lion’s Gate and MR time as well as over the next few months. We might be required to deepen our inner work, role model for others the change we wish to see, step into or expand in our soul’s purpose missions or all of the above. Now is the time, don’t wait. The world needs your love and light. Be who you came here to be. Shine on!
