Welcome to the winter solstice gateway! This is a sentimental, festive part of the year, a time for gatherings and celebration. But it is also a cycle for solitude, reflection and review as we make our way towards the end of the year. 2024 will open up as a crossroads for many. Your soul is guiding you in your new life trajectory. Are you listening? It’s important to pay attention to the intuitive awareness that will direct you as many are finally “turning the corner” on an old reality and beginning one they have been dreaming into being for the last decade or more!
Tests are part of this crossroad junction. Stay true to your soul and be willing to let go of anything inauthentic to your journey–old patterns, beliefs, jobs, relationships…or anything that no longer serves. Release all that you’re tied to only out of obligation, familiarity, or fear of not being safe or comfortable. The way forward is through finding the energy of what you desire on an internal level.
For those of us ready, we can regularly access and maintain those frequencies like love, peace, security, joy, connection and so much more, on the inside. This is how these energies and our soul level desires can continuously manifest in our personal realities. Many already have this level of mastery. If needed, use the spiritual/healing tools and practices that can help you continue to move into those higher energy states that support the creative dreams on your new life pathway.
It is from this place of being that we are all able to step up into our soul’s mission work or expand upon it. This is how we spread our light, gifts and codes into the changing world! If you want the upgraded soul’s purpose reality, it’s necessary to embody it first before it can be offered to others.
This is when the choice is truly made to align with and live in the new earth reality timeline with the rest of the ascending collective. When this happens, everything opens up to you. There’s often a greater sense of passion, flow, ease, grace, and fulfillment. Wonder and awe can be felt in even the most mundane experiences. You’ll often feel a sense of equanimity here, with no attachment to particular outcomes. There’s no grasping or pushing anything away, just a deep surrender to and acceptance of what is.
And there is also a remembrance of who you really are and why you’ve incarnated this time around. From this point forward there is no turning back! Even with the awareness of living on a planet that is increasingly lightening up yet still shrouded in darkness, those of us who have prepared are beginning our deepest work here. It involves assisting this planet and all inhabitants who desire to stay and be part of it, to move into balance, harmony and oneness.
If you don’t know it already, your remembrance activates the full revelation of what you are meant to do, express or be at this time, along with the process of how to go about it. For many of you who have been confused or unsure, this is when all of the pieces of the puzzle easily fall into place.
This is why the time and space for inward reflection at the end of this year is essential in order to receive all the downloads from your higher selves and divine directions for going forward. If you have concerns that it’s not yet time for you to step onto your new life path, just know that if you are reading this post, you are closer than you think to being ready.
In either case, ready or not, this entryway to the winter solstice time is the perfect occasion for further self-discovery, nurturing, gratefulness, enjoyment and most importantly, celebrating all that you’ve created thus far. It has been an extraordinary and challenging journey. And that has served you in getting to the launching point of where you are today!

Since the last full moon in Aries and with the momentum that is building as we make our way into eclipse season, many of us are feeling it! I’m talking about the call of our destiny.
For many there’s an energy of independence, empowerment, freedom and justice that is supporting and inspiring much of what their soul has dreamed of creating. Many of these are dreams of being in service through spiritual, metaphysical and/or creative expressions. Other dreams may involve our participation in humanitarian causes.
Whatever may be the case for you, observe new ideas, passions or sentimental urges that draw you to something different, something rare or unique. Pay attention to what’s dropping into your awareness and what shows up in your meditations.
These are all pieces of the puzzle that will begin to make sense as you formulate your upgraded soul’s purpose, mission or vocation. Some people might be having epiphanies! For others, it might come in as scattered subtleties that feel more like daydreams or reveries.
This is just the beginning. Expect that more will become clear to you as you make your way towards the end of this year. Some will feel called to jump in and get to work then, while others might not be quite ready until the Spring of 2024.
The full on clarity, confidence, knowingness and motivation to take action will be available to you when that times comes, and I encourage you to follow your impulses and step onto your new timeline. This is the journey that supports the new (5D) earth!
Follow any signs, synchronicities or inner promptings! Because for many of us now, this is the call to our destinies. Most lightworkers have done many years of personal healing work in preparation for this. And the time has finally come! These new or upgraded soul’s purposes will support the greater good of our collective. That is the true theme and how you’ll know that you are right on track, that your deepest intuitive sense is aligned with divine will.
If your calling is earth related, it is especially important at this time. The desire to help out with environmental or animal issues is essential to the unfolding of our evolutionary development. Your support could be offered in practical, biological or spiritual ways.
For example, some might be inspired to help clean up pollution, plant more trees and create gardens, or protect endangered wildlife. Others might feel drawn to provide energetic support (gridwork) for the earth or gather in ceremony with others to offer their metaphysical gifts to this planet. Because Gaia is leading the way in this time of Ascension, it behooves us to be in service to her in any way we can.
Many lightworkers, gridworkers and gatekeepers have been working more extensively over the last decade than any other time in history. They are drawn to live or travel in specific areas of the planet to do their work. These three roles are similar, but have slight differences.
Lightworkers are the wayshowers that bring light to any kind of service they are involved in, which may include work with humanity or with the earth. Gridworkers support and protect the ley lines and crystalline grids located in different areas of the earth. Gatekeepers open up stargate portals within the earth, allowing energies and codes from other star systems and planets to help in her transformation.
If you are an awakened soul, focused on expanding your consciousness and have a desire to be in service to others, you are definitely a lightworker. You might also be a gridworker or gatekeeper.
Over the last 15-20 years I’ve enjoyed being in service in the roles above. It has definitely been an interesting adventure that has given me ample opportunity to live in many different places! Often I am called to specific mountain ranges or bodies of water, even special power spots near highways or residential areas. Much of my work has been done all over California, since I lived there for almost two decades.
Over the last two years, I have been able to assist where I lived in Southern Utah, near Zion National Park, as well as in other western states. I now live in Sedona, AZ. But I am often called to travel to other places to help anchor in the cosmic light codes and higher frequencies that are coming onto this planet. I also collaborate with a variety of higher dimensional and galactic beings. I allow myself to be a conduit for their healing energies that are lightening up specific areas of the earth.
I have shared my experiences above because if you are being called to do this work or have been assisting in these ways and feel drawn to do more, your help is especially needed now. If you are ready and able, the grace of the divine will support you in receiving the resources, money, time and energy required to do the work.
In this way, it will become more effortless to travel or spend time in particular locations or areas of the earth. And best of all, you’ll be excited about it. You will feel the desire in your own heart and there will be no doubts. These are the kind of passions that light us up, help us remember why we’ve incarnated on earth and inspire us to take action.
Whatever your soul’s desire, creative expression, healing gifts or spiritual purpose is, now is the time to say yes to it! The inspiration, clarity and push forward will come during this eclipse season. As many break out of old, outdated roles and jobs, they will seek more variety, passion and individualism.
As we are coming into a time of more empowerment and freedom, each of us plays a part in how things unfold collectively. Together we have the ability to change our consensual reality over time. But for now, more of us are ready to experience an increasingly joyful, enlightened, peaceful, and abundant personal reality. And that is something that has been worth working and waiting for!

In light of the Venus Retrograde cycle that ended in early September, the Barbie movie, recent abortion bans and other socio-political events in our world, I wanted to share some thoughts on this hot topic. What is feminism?
There are many different definitions out there. It’s said to be a movement that supports women’s rights. But more importantly in these changing times, I think it covers a broad base in that it speaks to our desire for equal rights, harmony and justice for all beings.
Feminism is about the lifting of social barriers. It’s bringing to light the need for healing and compassion in both sexes and for anyone of a particular race, religion, or sexual orientation. It’s an end to all the “isms.” So how do we move forward? It starts with each of us. And it’s most easily worked on in our closest personal relationships.
Have you heard many of the popular songs out there, written about heartbreak or abuse from past lovers or other wrong doers? Resentment, bitterness or even a desire for revenge are all indicators of what needs to be healed. Of course, singing or listening to these songs can be a way of processing and releasing anger, blame and other kinds of emotional pain.
But there are other ways to stand up for ourselves and heal rather than continuously broadcasting the vibration of victimization. Isn’t it time to sing a different song to our collective? This is not only true for performing artists, but for all of us who are still feeling pulled into those old, sad stories. It’s time to sing about and live by the intentions of love, connection, joy, freedom, empowerment, creativity and inspiration!
True empowerment, assertiveness and healthy boundaries are pure in intent and come from the heart. They should always be expressed from a place of unconditional love and compassion. Forgiveness is key to the healing process and to ending the battle of the sexes and any other “ism” out there. When we release the need to be right, validated, vindicated or to seek retaliation in any way, we let go of the power struggles and move back into balance.
Along with this is the necessity of letting go of unhealthy attachments to particular people or outcomes. Instead of codependence, what we really want is interdependence. When we become more emotionally self-sufficient and seek collaboration rather than trying to control anyone, then we can begin creating relationships based on equality, respect and harmony. This could be with close family members, friends, or partners, but it’s also about our connections with everyone in our collective too.
How does the healing happen? The first step is a willingness to take responsibility for our own pain and issues. It starts with being vulnerable and feeling the emotions that are arising. Some people may need guidance from a healing facilitator to get to the deeper emotions below the surface of awareness. Next is the journey of looking closely at underlying patterns and doing the work to release them.
The kind of healing work we choose can take many forms. It can involve talk therapy, EMDR or other forms of trauma release, somatic healing, support groups, spiritual practices and retreats, energy work, shamanic or sound healing…the list goes on and on.
The desire to do this work and just getting started in it will bring healing and change quicker than most can imagine, especially in these dynamic times. But additionally, it helps to know that healing and transformation is a journey not a destination. It’s about wanting to grow and expand, and embracing this journey as a lifelong process.
And this leads back to the idea of feminism discussed in the beginning of this post. When more and more people want to heal and change, and wholeheartedly embrace the process, the collective shifts. When more of us let go of past hurts and forgive completely, it allows us to truly open our hearts.
And not only do our personal relationships improve, but we also start to see that we are all one and the same on the inside. So feminism isn’t just about equal rights for women or embracing the diversity in our human collective. It’s about justice and harmony for all living beings: humans, animals mother earth and even other planetary beings as well!
Those who have open hearts can show the way for others. With all of the expansion, light and other higher frequencies available on our planet now and continuing to amplify, so much love and divine energy can come through these open hearts.
In this way, the open-hearted ones can benefit everyone they come in contact with. It has a ripple effect! Even those not currently ready to be vulnerable and do their inner work can prepare to be ready by the presence of these wayshowers, as all souls spiritually awaken and develop at a pace and in timing that is appropriate for them.
As many humans develop more empathy and compassion, we begin treating all living beings with more love, respect and honor. Ethics and laws will change to reflect this. Can you imagine how different our world could be? In these times of accelerated change on the planet, we are well on our way to experiencing these outcomes.
Afterall, ascension is about moving into a higher frequency. If you are reading this, you are ready. So let’s step up together and help the process along by doing our own part in healing. It’s time to enjoy this amazing leap forward in transformation and growth that starts for us during this Fall Equinox!

It was called, “Messages from the whale collective and the angelic realm.” I channeled messages from the whale collective and Elohim Angels who shared more about ascension, the current energies and what we can expect during this time.
