Here we are, in the last quarter of the year! We are approaching the Samhain pagan holiday and Halloween, just beginning the Scorpio season. If you are like me, you might really enjoy this time of year for all that it offers–the cooler temps, the walks in nature, gatherings, festivities and spending more time going inward. In particular, activities that involve reflection, meditation, creativity and divination or any other kind of metaphysical or spiritual practice can be enhanced by the thinning of the veils that happen this time of the year.
But this year, the season might feel even more intensely magical and mystical. We kick off the season with a New Moon in Scorpio on November 1st. Since the sun is also in Scorpio, that accentuates many of the scorpionic qualities like passion, power, psychic abilities, heightened emotions and mystery. With the combination of this new moon and the Samhain pagan celebration/Halloween holiday on Oct. 31st, the theme of death and rebirth is very present for many of us.
Much of what has been hidden within that has not been seen, felt or acknowledged can be in this time. Any issues with relationships, especially close ones, those with power struggles, grief, resentments or any other kind of pain or turmoil might be coming up to be healed. The same will be true for our issues with money and abundance. Any past wounding, obstacles or failures can arise in our consciousness to be seen, felt and integrated.
On a lighter note, we’ll also benefit from reclaiming the resources that have been hiding under the surface, waiting to be revealed to us in this time. In this way, we can discover solutions, strategies, healing and other gifts that we need to help us transform in this time period. But we have to be wiling to go within to find them. They will be illuminated for us there if we are willing to look.
And on the outside, some of what might be coming up in the external world or in our personal lives will also be prompting us to go within and find what we truly need there to expand and fulfill ourselves, to progress on our journey as we embody more of our higher self.
Deep inside of us, we’ll find all of the safety, security, love and support we could ever want from anyone or anything in our external lives. For some, during this accelerated integration cycle they will find themselves in closer connection or relationship with God/Source than ever before.
So the death theme is real. This can be something you have recently experienced in your past or are maybe expecting with someone or something in your current reality. It may even be a drastic transformation in your own life! These deaths can be physical or metaphorical. There is a release of the illusion of who you were. Your old identity falls away as you align more with your divine identity. There are endings and completions happening. And all of them can potentially bring up feelings of loss or grief.
This process of letting go and the metaphorical dying can be experienced for some through feelings of sadness, anxiety, confusion and even anger. Other people report feelings of dissolution or the experience of being completely untethered from their old life and self. It can also feel as though you’ve woken up in a new reality without the familiar markers and reference points for life navigation.
Without the usual external mirrors of reflection, some people might feel like an outsider looking at their self, life and the world from a whole new angle. At first it might feel disorienting making the shift from more of a horizontal view of reality to a vertical one.
But for those who have had or are having these dreamlike moments of higher consciousness perspective, you’ll soon see through this temporary and illusory reality and understand what it truly means to be part of something much bigger. This is when our connection to God/Source expands to the degree that the experience of unity is so profoundly felt on all the levels of our being.
And for all of us right now, no matter what your experience might be, remember to allow for the transformation by accepting what is happening and feeling what is arising, so your process can unfold. If you need extra support, ask your higher self to send you a palpable sense of where you are headed energetically. This can help bring more ease and comfort on this part of the journey, as well as an internal knowingness of your direction and next steps.
There will be surprises, epiphanies, revelations and increased psychic awareness at this time. This will happen on personal and collective levels, because for many, we can no longer deny the truth. It will be made known to those who are ready. As the saying goes, the truth will set you free!
And ultimately, this is what your soul is after. The rebirth! The new you. The upgraded, more integrated and powerful you! As you complete this cycle of letting go of what was, you reclaim your gifts, talents and higher destiny. You step into a greater degree of mastery and start walking a higher timeline where more of your soul’s deepest desires and dreams have been waiting for you. Keep in mind that these are desires of the soul, not the ego. But that means it’s possible to achieve a greater level of happiness than you could have ever imagined.
And that will be well worth all past efforts in walking this unknown, fluctuating and at times precarious journey so far. Remember that we were made for these times and that we chose to incarnate during this cycle on the planet to be in service through our own ascension process, specifically to anchor in a higher frequency here. But most importantly, know the best is yet to come. As more of us step into our sovereignty as creator beings, we can truly begin creating a life that’s in resonance with the ascending collective reality and Gaia, our own personal version of heaven on earth!

Sanctuary Cruises is the whale tour agency we will be riding with and they are located in Moss Landing, CA. Moss Landing is about 36 minutes from Monterey, CA. All other logistical details of the trip including where to park and board the boat as well as how to prepare for the trip in advance will be sent out in another email after sign up.
The $250 cost includes the boat charter fee and gas, both of which have gone up since the last time I offered this event in 2021. It also includes my work as the facilitator and guide, holding space for all the participants in their own inner processes, assisting all in providing healing for the ocean and sea creatures as well as bringing through channeled messages from the whales.

Many of you who follow me on Facebook may have read my recent post about my trip to New Mexico and Texas in May. I wrote about my intention to communicate with and offer energy healing to the cows in those areas.
I shared that the cow energy represented the divine mother and how they are helping to anchor in more of this mother/feminine energy into our planet and collective consciousness at this time. The cows had been calling me for awhile now…since the fall of 2023. I knew they wanted my assistance, I just wasn’t exactly sure what for.
In order to understand it fully, I’ll have to take you back to several years ago when I lived on the border of Arizona and Utah. Back then, I was called to live there in order to be more in service to the earth. As well as assisting clients by offering intuitive guidance and energy healing by phone and online as I do now, I was also helping to restore areas of the earth that needed healing.
This type of work is also known as gridwork. It’s a practice of supporting the earth and her grids which can include working with specific ley lines, vortexes, portals, pyramids and the crystalline and diamond light matrix in many different areas of nature through energetic practices, healing modalities or sacred ceremony.
At that time, I lived in a very remote area. I had to drive a few miles down a dirt road to get to the camper where I lived. One day while driving home, I saw several cows near the side of the road. I usually saw them most days, but this time they were closer to the road than ever before.
On this particular day I was drawn to stop and interact with them. It was a narrow dirt road and most of the time no one else was driving down it, so I just stopped right there in the road. It was a hot summer day and I had the windows rolled up and the air conditioning on. As I noticed them look over to me, I was called to sing to them.
So right then, I began singing in the car. I knew they couldn’t hear me, I just hoped they would feel the energy behind my words because it was a song about love. In addition to this, I also sent them some supportive energy for healing and empowerment. I sent it at the higher self level like I often did when working with animals.
What happened next took me by complete surprise. Within just a minute or two of singing and sending this healing energy to them, they turned on their heels and swiftly approached my car. Astonished by their quick movements, I stopped singing. My jaw dropped while I watched as they completely surrounded my car.
Two of the cows stood at each side window of the car. A few others stood around the car at other angles. The one who was standing next to the driver’s window where I sat, was making licking and chewing mouth movements. He stretched his neck forward and chewed on the car’s driver side mirror. Then he bent his head down and looked at me closely through the driver’s side window. I still remember the way he tilted his head as his big brown eyes pierced mine.
All the cows seemed very curious and drawn to the energy I was sending them. I wasn’t sure what to do next and I definitely didn’t want to startle them by trying to move the car or get out. So there I sat. We continued looking at each other and sharing in the love. I stayed there for awhile longer connecting with them and when they moved a bit off the road, I decided to drive on home. But I knew there would be more interactions to come!
Fast forward two and a half to three years later to the end of 2023…That’s when I started hearing and feeling that familiar energy again. I had a dream about cows living in a barn next to my home, who seemed comforted by my presence. I saw visions of cows in my daytime meditations and I knew they were trying to connect with me.
After moving to my new home in Sedona in early 2024 and getting clear about this travel destination to be in service to the cows, I set out to visit them in May. It was so much more than I expected!
What a great reunion it was since the last time I had crossed paths with cows in 2021 on the border of Utah and Arizona. I was able to communicate with them and offer energy healing at a dairy farm and a few cattle ranches. It was a beautiful mutual exchange that occurred over a few days, with energy and messages both given and received.
In the weeks and months to come, I’ll be sharing more about their specific messages to me for this important time period on earth. But for now, I’ll leave you with something to ponder. It’s time to change things!
Similar to what I shared about domestic horses back in 2007 when my journey as an animal communicator began, all beings deserve the love, comfort, and nurturing support that we take for granted most days. Cows and many other farm animals don’t want to keep living the same kind of existence they’ve had with us since early times. It’s no longer appropriate for them or for humans to keep up these old ways.
I understand that this brings up big issues. At the very least, it is time to move beyond the factory farms. I’m not saying this means we all need to become vegetarian or vegan overnight. But how we raise or treat farm and other wild animals is up for question and review.
I am offering the option to look at how we can relate to them differently. This is why I am sharing how we can communicate with them and connect on deeper levels. And so it’s the time for many of us who are passionate about this topic to go further in our explorations and step forward on that path that is calling us!
The divine mother energy activates unconditional love, freedom and unlimited compassion for all beings. As we expand our consciousness, we recognize more and more how we are all one and the same, and that includes the animals and the nature kingdom.
If we can view cows or any other animal, wild or domestic, as our brothers and sisters, how would that impact our relationships with them? As I shared in my story above, cows are highly sensitive and responsive to our energy and love. With love and generosity, their sustenance has been offered to us freely since the earliest times. It’s worth considering how we would like to reciprocate to them as an expression of our gratitude, love, mercy and kindness.

On the precipice of a new beginning, many of us are preparing to navigate unknown territory at the start of this year. It’s a time for feeling inward, reflecting and meditating. Which direction will you go in? Why? Where is your heart guiding you at this time? The answers might surprise you. And it’s essential that you follow them without a doubt.
Many are seeing a common picture of what was and has always been in front of them. Familiar themes, obstacles or patterns may present at this time. Perhaps you’ve been feeling stuck in your situation, mentally analyzing or trying to figure it all out. Maybe you’ve taken risks in the past and have suffered or barely made it through those times. This might cause you to cling to logic while trying to avoid playing the fool!
In these cases, recognize that you are just seeing an older version of you and your reality. With all the recent shifts, you are no longer that version. This is true, even while the set of circumstances in front of you looks the same as the past. Our mind’s perspective is often the last to change after we’ve upgraded!
And there is a deeper transformation happening for you and many right now. As your frequency continues to rise, you are being divinely guided in your next steps. The solutions you seek are all held in that higher frequency range where new creations and ways of operating exist.
Like January, February is a month for healing and release. In a way, it’s still a bit of a wrap up of last year’s energy and the old cycle. As March approaches, you’ll begin to feel more of the new waves of love, joy, abundance, light and connection.
Feeling these energies will give you the internal validation you need to make those leaps forward! And it won’t be long after that before you see the opportunities, changes, and expansion that you’ve been looking for in your external reality.
Despite how it all might seem right now in your own life or in the world, we are already in new territory! Our ascending collective has made some massive shifts at the end of last year and early this year. While consistently receiving major downloads of light and finishing the integration of the winter solstice energies, our energy systems are currently being rebooted and recalibrated for our next phase of expression.
Many are already feeling or living from a more expanded state. But no matter what you reality has been, get ready! Mid to late February into March is the season for big changes and manifestation.
When I say it’s new territory, I mean that it’s going to feel different, and there will be a updated set of rules or guidelines to follow in this novel energetic state. This is true for all of the awakened, no matter where you feel you are at in your growth and consciousness. We all moved up a level on the playing field!
So it’s a little like taking baby steps. It can feel awkward and unknown at first. Many have stepped beyond fear but still feel confused or uncertain about decisions and how to navigate their lives right now. It’s like living in your new home while it’s being renovated. You know you are in a new space, but it’s challenging to function well with all the undoing and chaos around you.
The best way to clearly navigate your life and stay balanced in this time is to align with the new (5D) Earth. It’s important that we do this on a regular basis. As I stated above, all our solutions exist in that elevated frequency range.
Just like those who are still seeing their old realities reflected back to them, as a collective, we are still viewing the earth as her older, 3D version as well. Gaia exists in a higher dimensional bandwidth. When we align with these 5D and higher versions of her, our fields shift and expand to resonate with her.
From this state, we can easily receive any additional energetic codes and support, information and direction for our path. Because we’re more connected in this energetic stance, we gain all of this not only from Gaia but also from our guides, higher selves, angels and galactic helpers. We become more tuned in like a radio that can pick up a clear signal from a station.
The best way to see and connect with the new (5D) Earth is through an inherent sense of safety, freedom and peace. It’s that deepest sense of all being well and exactly as it needs to be. When you are in this space, you are able to see and align with the higher versions of Earth shining through the old and accepted version of 3D earth.
When you align with her higher versions, Gaia will feel even more beautiful, light, blissful, free, magical, mysterious and crystalline. She will fill you with a sense of awe and wonder. Many more will be seeing the orbs and iridescent colors in the atmosphere and the crystal cities within the landscapes. There are those who are witnessing Gaia in her higher, translucent form, seeing orbs, physical objects, and even smaller bits of space debris and meteoroids move through her nonphysical surface.
In this way, Gaia is a role model or wayshower for how to navigate this new energetic territory we are all in. While aligning with her we receive new energetic support, guidelines and direction. In response, our energy fields shift and expand. Know that with the upgrades come temporary time periods where we will fall out of the higher frequency range in order to process and integrate.
This is how we make our way towards becoming full fledged 5D beings. We are meant to have our human experience and feel our way though the older patterns and energies. We can’t avoid or override our integration time, but these cycles don’t have to be long or difficult. And with Gaia and many other higher dimensional guides and tools on our journey, it’s a much easier and quicker road to maintaining that higher perspective and frequency on a regular basis.
This is truly what it means to live as a cosmic-human being in physical form. We are the forerunners and pioneers in this new energetic time, navigating our lives in this 3D world with 5D Earth as our ally and teacher. So throw out the old beliefs, rules and ways you’ve previously perceived. Follow that unique, uncharted, rare, and extraordinary wisdom that you can sense anytime you need access to the higher realms, in the stargate that is your own heart.
