Hi folks! I hope you are still stewing in the nurturing juices of this new yearâs beginning. We continue to be in a wrap-up cycle with the end of last yearâs â9â year.
Many are feeling some of these old energies, ways of thinking, emotional loops or patterns arising in the first half of this month of February. This is normal and to be expected during the start of this year. Be patient with this reset. Most of all, do any necessary healing and letting go so you can finalize your process.
If youâve been feeling very tired and apathetic, this is part of the ending of the old. Donât try to fight it or push yourself right now. Focusing on ways to assist your integration is needed.
Some examples of integration exercises can include a daily meditation or spiritual practice, walking or spending time in nature, reading a good book, any creative activities or even having a warm cup of tea.
Most people will feel a surge of energy and motivation coming back mid-month on 2/17 with the Chinese New Year when we officially move into the year of the Fire Horse! Â We also had a Full Moon in Leo on 2/1, definitely offering us a lift in inspiration, passion, clarity and focus. This energy could affect a variety of life areas for different people.
And for many in this timeâthere is a palpable desire to express yourselfâyour deepest authenticity, service, love, creativity, generosity or calling in the world. Your unique expressions can be shared with yourself, your loved ones and/or the greater collective. When you feel the push to do so (likely mid-month), that means itâs time to take appropriate action.
And with the Valentine’s holiday theme this month, just a reminder here that itâs all about love. I think we can all agree that our love, service, soulâs purpose work or calling is definitely needed in the world at this time!
But it all starts with you. And the incoming cosmic energies, Divine light codes and astrological alignments are an additional support or prompt to begin by giving back to ourselves before we offer anything to others.
Because this is a BIG year and many of us have a labor of LOVE to bring forward, start with filling your own cup first. So this would be a good time to reflect on what loving you more would look like.
It can help to begin by writing a love letter to yourself.  What do you love, appreciate or admire about you? Feel into your greatest soul-level strengths and mastery. This not only boosts your self-worth it also deepens your self-knowingness for the journey forward in giving back to the collective.
How can you care for and look after yourself more? In the process of loving yourself more you open up to be able to receive more from others. This increases your abundance quotient and also gives you the stamina to prepare for putting your soul-level passions out in the world!
Now when we think about the worldâŚwe could say thereâs a lot happening out there. So where do we feel called? And why?
Many different realities are playing out in the many groups or communities that make up our greater collective reality. This is why people are having such a variety of experiences.
Itâs also why in some places in the world, people are dealing with war or violence while in other areas people feel more acceptance, love and peace in their communities. Some are experiencing natural disasters or other types of severe weather like the recent snowstorms in the southern states, while others are experiencing a beautiful and easy winter!
We all hold our own unique signature frequency, light codes and have a soul contract to help a particular group of beings on this planet. So we are placed exactly where we need to be in order to fulfill our role and to serve those particular beings in this world. (See my past post from December, âGemini Full Moon & The Changing of Roles,â for more information on this).
This is why many of us live in a particular location or are called to move or travel to be in service. Specifically, it can be why many light and loveworkers reside in areas that have been affected by natural disasters that have happened recently or in the past.
This would include for example, the southern states, NC, SC and Georgia when they were affected by hurricanes in 2024, the earthquakes and fires over the years in California, Mauiâs fire in 2023 and the recent volcanic eruptions on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Lightworkers living in these areas were and are literally anchoring in light to hold space for the shift in consciousness, to prevent or diminish any ongoing natural disasters and/or to ignite healing related to any earth-related changes that have happened in these areas.
In addition to living where we can be in service, a particular person might also choose to live in an area of the world because they are a match to the consciousness of the majority of people who live in that location.
For example, those who are more aligned to the ânew earthâ frequency will be drawn to places where there are like-minded souls who value peace, unity, harmony and who are pursuing a higher consciousness.
The same is also true for those who are more resonant with âold earth.â The old earth is one rooted in fear, separation, suffering and materialism. They might not be conscious of it, but people will choose to live where they can have experiences that will be uncomfortable but will also bring awareness and growth for them in their own right timing.
Often people will be born or grow up in an area of old earth if they incarnate with heavy karmic patterns. The location where they live, including all they might experience there and within their family systems, especially if there is war, emotional or physical violence or poverty, can help them release their baggage and move higher in frequency if or when they wake up and begin to expand their consciousness.
The old earth and new earth realities have also been referred to as, âthe splitting of the two worlds.â This is what is playing out on our planet right now. It is a distinct frequency-based separation that represents a difference in perception, not a physical separation.
Our perception and level of consciousness reflects back to us in the quality of our personal âexternalâ reality that we experience in our day-to-day life, which also includes our experiences in our immediate community and where we live on the planet.
Keep in mind that this isnât as cut and dry as it sounds. Most of the areas of the earth including the human consciousness in those locations are mixed, where old and new earth exist literally side by side. And of course the same goes with what we carry inside of ourselves.
An example is a province like Bali where Balinese womenâs rights are restricted yet at the same time, the beauty and energy/consciousness of the land is phenomenal and the opportunity to access a variety of amazing spiritual practices, ceremonies and rituals is offered daily in many different settings.
But no matter what our personal realities may be like, we are ALL in the process of moving fully into the new earth frequency. This is what ascension is all about!
So going back to the why and whatâs behind all of this new and old earth explanationâŚ
Itâs all about where we feel called right now. In our desire to be in service, spread our love, creativity, generosity or light, we need to decide how weâd like to express ourselves most authentically in this time. For some it will be an expansion of the same roles while for others it might be in novel ways and new locations!
And in the offering of your service you might be called to spread your light and love in an old earth area even if you donât resonate with it. You could also know your right place might be in more of a new earth area where you can more easily be a wayshower that gently points others in the right direction so they can create a new earth reality for themselves.
This is all worth taking in and reflecting on as we start off this beautiful new year of 2026.
So finish your healing and resting in early February and you will feel the motivation to move forward mid-month. But most of all, remember to fill your own cup first! During this love month, practice more ways to self-love and you will know exactly the right medicine to mix for your beloveds and the beings you are called to assist in the greater collective.

Here we are at the start of another beautiful sacred season! This December is a month where we can expect multiple energetic shifts and external changes.
We are taking in such a variety of energies: source codes, higher frequencies and mother plasma, while also releasing so much with the help of the solar flares and continued geomagnetic activity.
As usual! But expect that this month it’s possible that you can receive the equivalent of a few months worth of energies, soul integration and subsequent internal shifts.
So give yourself A LOT of space to rest, relax and be unproductive. Regardless of what is going on in your life, really take it one day at a time. Don’t push or make too many firm plans. Be as flexible and spontaneous as you can. And take good care of your physical body especially.
With all that said, the Super Full Moon in Gemini on the 4th is a biggie. It’s the last full moon of the year. This one builds upon the releasing and activations from 11-11 and the last Scorpio New Moon. Even though you might be reading this after the 4th, the energies of the full moon will be with us this first weekend of December and for the next month as we integrate.
This time period we’re in is a completion of the last 9-year cycle. So think back to 2016 and what you’ve been working on since then. There should be some themes popping up in your memory.
At this time of the full moon, you’ll be clearing the last of the remnants from that period. Let it all come up and out, so you are completely done with it! For some this will be minor, while others might experience a major purge. Embrace whatever it is for you, because you don’t want to carry any of it into 2026.
Along with the releasing, this magical full moon energy opens an auspicious doorway for miracles and blessings. Make a list of your intentions for next year and this weekend create a sacred ceremony to activate them. If you are open to the blessings, you’ll also receive extra support, clarity and confidence during this sacred season to get off and running with them early next year!
Over the last two years and more recently since the previous two moon cycles, some of us have been preparing for next year and our role changes. For those who are ready, willing and who have truly been steadfast in doing their inner work for many years now–more than likely decades, it’s time to begin moving into your new purpose/passion.
If this applies to you, you’ll already know what that is. This new purpose is a covenant with God. It was formed as you’ve reached a certain level of advancement in your spiritual journey or in some cases before you incarnated. Your first purpose, job or career was meant to lay the foundation for this expanded purpose.
Over the last few years some have felt the call connected with this purpose and they have gained ideas, epiphanies and inspiration. Some people have even taken those first steps to get started.
But now, whether you’ve started already or not, it’s time to advance in this grander purpose. If you don’t know at this time, you’ll be intuitively guided during this sacred season regarding your next steps once the new year is underway.
Many of us will still continue our first purpose as we start our new roles in our covenant with God. The old purpose, career or work we were doing before can go on for whatever length of time we desire, as long as we are also tending to our expanded purpose. It’s important that we allow that to unfold and follow through with our efforts in this divine timing!
For some people there will be a passing of the torch, where your old role goes to other lightworkers so that you can now put your full attention on your expanded purpose. And this new mission is so sacred, so much is alignment with your divine connection that you will literally be acting as an extension of God.
This is how many will know they are working with their expanded purpose. Those who you serve will literally be making contact with the divine through you, often because there is no other way for them to access God. For others moving into their expanded purpose, it may be that they are reaching more beings in a bigger way and with more of a powerful divine presence than ever before.
Not everyone will be stepping into an expanded purpose and that is as it should be. Know that where you are is perfect for your spiritual path and growth. I mention it here to motivate and inspire those who have been devoted to their healing and transformational work and who have walked their path authentically.
These people are truly ready and have been waiting for this time to come. Now it is finally here. Congratulations! Definitely give yourself a big rest this month to prepare for all the activity that will be happening starting in January.
And for all of us, no matter where we are on our journeys, this month will be a time where massive growth and shifts can occur! We can all expect to be upgraded on a body, mind and spirit level. Many of us will be doing purposeful service work in many forms and ways.
Best of all, we’ll all be starting to see the blooms of change show up in our external lives in many areas, particularly those areas where we’ve put our time, focus, work and energy. Spiritual growth does not have to be difficult, but it does take discipline and devotion to heal, shift, receive and allow all that we are to come into being.
During this sacred month of December, we’ll be able to see some of the fruits of our labors of love! Enjoy the magic and wonder!

The incoming energies are very powerful right now in this special Lionâs Gate passage and Mercury Retrograde (MR) cycle that goes until August 12th. Can you feel it, the push and pull towards transformation? Itâs coming for each of us personally and the collective. For some these might be smaller or more subtle changes while for others it could be monumental. This could be the kind of shift youâve been waiting a long time for, perhaps even decades.
You might be feeling the need to slow down, listen, get quiet and still. If so, surrender to it. If plans get cancelled or changed, youâll notice in this unique MR and Lionâs Gate portal that what comes in place of the plans is even better. As usual, during this time take care of any loose ends and projects youâve put on the back burner or forgotten about when youâve been too busy. Make plans for those endeavors now!
Get off technology when you can and be in nature more. If you find computers donât work or other glitches with tech happen, itâs a call to get you out in more of a natural setting or in an organic life flow. And especially in this particular MR cycle, this will often lead to aligned synchronicities where you cross paths with just the right person or receive the perfect opportunity or have the experience you need to have in divine timing!
As usual with most Lionâs Gate passages, we have the ability to heal and manifest much more quickly and easily. And in this yearâs portal, a special emphasis on raising our abundance quotient and moving beyond previous blocks to greater plenitude is possible for those who are ready.
So let the sleepy energy, the slowing down in this cycle help you go deeper in your meditation and healing processes. Youâll be guided from this deep place within. Much will be revealed now about where you are headed next on your own life path around the time of the eclipses in September. The September eclipse season is the starting point or marker for when weâll start to see many of these changes show up for us personally and collectively.
As for what might occur collectively, from August through October, we can expect shifts financially, where more people begin to choose to combine other types of currencies with their traditional currency, like the many kinds of digital currencies, silver and gold to support their financial realities. There could also be changes in governmental leadership, new regimes or policies that help the collective in unexpected ways and shifts in our natural world.
As for nature, more volcanos, earthquakes, floods, fires and other natural phenomenon can occur in this gateway and beyond. Some of these natural disasters are a reflection of the transmutation and release of the old 3D earth energy. Accept that this is part of the process and know that more of Gaia in her 5D and higher realm states are available to us in our greater collective reality as the shift in consciousness continues.
Itâs important that we all do our part during this Lionâs Gate and MR time as well as over the next few months. We might be required to deepen our inner work, role model for others the change we wish to see, step into or expand in our soulâs purpose missions or all of the above. Now is the time, donât wait. The world needs your love and light. Be who you came here to be. Shine on!

Happy Summer everyone. Hope you are enjoying the beauty and wonder of this new season and the variety of higher dimensional frequencies available to us in this time! Take this post-solstice cycle through July for rest and integration. It will serve you well as we prep for the August energies and the eclipses in September.
Many are reaping the harvest of their new creations since the summer started, and this is the time to play with and explore these opportunities and circumstances. Appreciate the results from what has shifted inside of you over the last few years. Expanded gifts and abilities are also coming online for many to use in their fresh beginnings and endeavors in this cycle.
As higher level frequencies, cosmic light, divine codes and plasma, along with the solar flares, flashes and aurora earth energies continue to permeate our playground and consciousness, this is a perfect period for a reset or clean slate.
That is exactly what Uranus in Gemini over the next seven years will help many of us do. For those who are ready, it’s time to let go of the endless pursuit of a higher awareness, spiritual goal or life outcome. The energy of this astrological cycle can give us a leg up in our connection to Source.
Through our willingness, we are able to align with the higher mind consciousness for more of a direct experience with God, which can benefit our personal realities including the body, mind and emotions, to say the least.
And there is so much to be said for how we will shift our reality and perception of the many aspects of our lives through this elevated line of communication. For example, it can lead to more of a direct divine guidance and clarity with regard to any life area and the greater collective reality.
This higher level of communication can also positively impact how we relate to others and the outside world. It includes the advancement of technology and so much more…
But we have to keep in mind that Uranus also can bring an energy of disruption or sometimes sudden or drastic changes that don’t always last very long.
It’s important to recognize that this lightning bolt energy will still serve us in our personal or worldly realities, regardless of how it might look or feel. It’s up to us to look for the gem or treasure that comes from the changes and to carry that forward with us on our spiritual paths.
Know that this is just the start of a 7-year cycle of major growth for many who want it. It won’t all happen at once unless that is your divine destiny. And of course it is always a choice for each soul to work with these new energies coming in and this astrological cycle in a way that serves their journey.
In the meantime, preparing at the onset of this transit would include cleaning up and clearing out, so we can receive more deeply. That might mean doing a cleanse or changing your diet for your body’s health and wellness. It might also mean letting go of excessive baggage inside your home or in your own consciousness.
For those who are far advanced on the path and ready to meet their spiritual forerunners, this 7-year cycle can be one that includes personal ascension. But for most, it means uncovering more layers that keep us from feeling that full divine force within us and around us that is constant, unwavering and true.
And for all of us, that is a great place to start in this novel time. Instead of the continual desire to reach a level, goal or result in our lives, we are learning to be content with life now as it is.
In the contentment and peace, we can see through more of the external illusions and the meaning behind the hologram of our lives and world. We begin to feel more and more of that bigger presence of God.
As we progress through these next seven years, with the help of the higher cosmic energies, other universal forces, astrological aspects and new earth frequencies allowing for the further activating of our crystalline DNA and upgrading of our plasmic bodies, we will begin to LIGHTen up on many levels and experience more fulfillment in all that is.
From that standpoint, we will have an easier process in the gradual refinement of our unique and powerful communion with the Divine or Source energy.
For help right now, consider engaging in activities or being present in ways that bring you quickly in touch with the vast richness of the divine energy on a regular basis. For some this could mean a daily swim in a beautiful lake, while for others it might be a deepening meditation practice.
This greater mysterious unfolding in our divine connection is one we’ve never yet experienced in this incarnation. And with what we’ve been through in the suffering, the hard work and mundaneness of 3D living in so many lifetimes, it will all feel well worth it as this new cycle begins. Revel in every moment and savor each step of the way!

On the precipice of a new beginning, many of us are preparing to navigate unknown territory at the start of this year. It’s a time for feeling inward, reflecting and meditating. Which direction will you go in? Why? Where is your heart guiding you at this time? The answers might surprise you. And it’s essential that you follow them without a doubt.
Many are seeing a common picture of what was and has always been in front of them. Familiar themes, obstacles or patterns may present at this time. Perhaps you’ve been feeling stuck in your situation, mentally analyzing or trying to figure it all out. Maybe you’ve taken risks in the past and have suffered or barely made it through those times. This might cause you to cling to logic while trying to avoid playing the fool!
In these cases, recognize that you are just seeing an older version of you and your reality. With all the recent shifts, you are no longer that version. This is true, even while the set of circumstances in front of you looks the same as the past. Our mind’s perspective is often the last to change after we’ve upgraded!
And there is a deeper transformation happening for you and many right now. As your frequency continues to rise, you are being divinely guided in your next steps. The solutions you seek are all held in that higher frequency range where new creations and ways of operating exist.
Like January, February is a month for healing and release. In a way, it’s still a bit of a wrap up of last year’s energy and the old cycle. As March approaches, you’ll begin to feel more of the new waves of love, joy, abundance, light and connection.
Feeling these energies will give you the internal validation you need to make those leaps forward! And it won’t be long after that before you see the opportunities, changes, and expansion that you’ve been looking for in your external reality.
Despite how it all might seem right now in your own life or in the world, we are already in new territory! Our ascending collective has made some massive shifts at the end of last year and early this year. While consistently receiving major downloads of light and finishing the integration of the winter solstice energies, our energy systems are currently being rebooted and recalibrated for our next phase of expression.
Many are already feeling or living from a more expanded state. But no matter what you reality has been, get ready! Mid to late February into March is the season for big changes and manifestation.
When I say it’s new territory, I mean that it’s going to feel different, and there will be a updated set of rules or guidelines to follow in this novel energetic state. This is true for all of the awakened, no matter where you feel you are at in your growth and consciousness. We all moved up a level on the playing field!
So it’s a little like taking baby steps. It can feel awkward and unknown at first. Many have stepped beyond fear but still feel confused or uncertain about decisions and how to navigate their lives right now. It’s like living in your new home while it’s being renovated. You know you are in a new space, but it’s challenging to function well with all the undoing and chaos around you.
The best way to clearly navigate your life and stay balanced in this time is to align with the new (5D) Earth. It’s important that we do this on a regular basis. As I stated above, all our solutions exist in that elevated frequency range.
Just like those who are still seeing their old realities reflected back to them, as a collective, we are still viewing the earth as her older, 3D version as well. Gaia exists in a higher dimensional bandwidth. When we align with these 5D and higher versions of her, our fields shift and expand to resonate with her.
From this state, we can easily receive any additional energetic codes and support, information and direction for our path. Because we’re more connected in this energetic stance, we gain all of this not only from Gaia but also from our guides, higher selves, angels and galactic helpers. We become more tuned in like a radio that can pick up a clear signal from a station.
The best way to see and connect with the new (5D) Earth is through an inherent sense of safety, freedom and peace. It’s that deepest sense of all being well and exactly as it needs to be. When you are in this space, you are able to see and align with the higher versions of Earth shining through the old and accepted version of 3D earth.
When you align with her higher versions, Gaia will feel even more beautiful, light, blissful, free, magical, mysterious and crystalline. She will fill you with a sense of awe and wonder. Many more will be seeing the orbs and iridescent colors in the atmosphere and the crystal cities within the landscapes. There are those who are witnessing Gaia in her higher, translucent form, seeing orbs, physical objects, and even smaller bits of space debris and meteoroids move through her nonphysical surface.
In this way, Gaia is a role model or wayshower for how to navigate this new energetic territory we are all in. While aligning with her we receive new energetic support, guidelines and direction. In response, our energy fields shift and expand. Know that with the upgrades come temporary time periods where we will fall out of the higher frequency range in order to process and integrate.
This is how we make our way towards becoming full fledged 5D beings. We are meant to have our human experience and feel our way though the older patterns and energies. We can’t avoid or override our integration time, but these cycles don’t have to be long or difficult. And with Gaia and many other higher dimensional guides and tools on our journey, it’s a much easier and quicker road to maintaining that higher perspective and frequency on a regular basis.
This is truly what it means to live as a cosmic-human being in physical form. We are the forerunners and pioneers in this new energetic time, navigating our lives in this 3D world with 5D Earth as our ally and teacher. So throw out the old beliefs, rules and ways you’ve previously perceived. Follow that unique, uncharted, rare, and extraordinary wisdom that you can sense anytime you need access to the higher realms, in the stargate that is your own heart.
