Hope you are all faring well right now with the integration of the Eclipse energies! It was a big season, with two eclipses over the last month and now with multiple planets retrograding in Pisces.
Take time for rest and relaxation in your self-care and integration rituals. Be aware that this Pisces season gives us ample opportunity to release any remaining loose ends, ties or unhealthy attachments, as well as complete any healing processes that we did not finish at the end of 2025 and early 2026 before the official kick off of the Chinese New Year.
And with Mercury retrograding until the 20th, you should be taking time for stillness, reflection, reviewing and releasing before moving on to your next soul-inspired creation. MR will slow you down a little or a lot and that’s a good thing. So focus on being more than doing in this cycle to allow for the wrap up of the healing.
With the continuation of the heightened solar flare activity, geomagnetic storms and Schumann Resonance spikes and changes, take extra time for integration and creativity, whatever helps your body and mind feel good.
These solar and cosmic events, including the vacillating Schumann are a regular occurrence in these changing times, so for those who can feel the impact on a body, mind, emotional or energetic level, it’s important to honor yourself and also make adjustments in your life and attitude so you can flow with them.
Along with Mercury, Saturn and Neptune are also retrograde in Pisces right now so that gives us an extra dose of reminiscing, replaying old hurts, fears, grief or other stories of the past. It can make us aware of our self-imposed restrictions or limiting beliefs and how we might still feel stuck there, unaware of how to progress.
Neptune’s influence can bring wild dreams of emotional themes of our past. Some of these dreams can also show us what our souls’ truly desire to create next, offering insight on how to go about that.
Just remember when reflecting on these dreams that Neptune’s influence isn’t always completely clear or accurate, there can be disillusionment or fantasy there. So don’t assume that these dreams are always literal or precognitive.
And yet, with Saturn’s influence it’s important to acknowledge what your unhealed wounds, patterns and greatest fears are. See them clearly and face them head on to heal and transcend them.
That’s the way forward out of the limiting beliefs, mental loops and emotional patterns of the past. Essentially, it’s the way forward out of any stuckness and into the soul-level creations of your new beginning time.
The Spring Equinox is officially on March 20th at 7:46 am Pacific & MST. We are in the Equinox corridor now and are receiving downloads to help upgrade and activate us for the year ahead.
So although many are focusing on the letting go and healing that comes with the retrogrades during the first half of this month, it’s also a time for planting seeds and initiating the first steps in whatever you feel passionate about doing next.
The forward momentum will be experienced around the 20th when more of the Equinox energies will be actively integrating. I’m seeing body, mind and energetic changes for many. So more of the potential for healthier and lighter bodies, increased energy and major shifts in the way we perceive our reality will open up after this time period.
In the meantime, work with the Piscean energy and all these retrograding planets in a positive way. Pisces is a dreamy sign and even more so with Neptune’s influence. We can harness this otherworldly energy to more easily access higher realms and dimensional energies that can help us leap over obstacles or beyond previous limitations.
To take it a step further, imagine your life here on this planet like a lucid dream. If you knew you were dreaming, what would you do differently? How would you spend most of your time?
For most people, lucid dreaming can feel like a ticket to freedom and bliss, allowing them to finally experience what they often want most in “real life.” You can literally do anything in the dream world! So why not apply that to your life while you are awake?
For example, you can work with the idea of lucid dreaming while awake to overcome limitations and begin living the life you desire. You can do this in meditation, imaginative or creative activities.
Start by getting into a relaxed and quiet state of mind. Then feel, envision or express the reality you want, especially the first steps to get there. If there are any doubts, fears, hindrances, blocks or limiting feelings that arise, remind yourself that you are dreaming.
Now how would you respond differently, as if in a dream? Notice what you see as your vision and expression unfolds from this changed, unlimited and free state of mind!
You can do this practice in many ways and go as deep as you want in the process. And I would recommend you try it at least once if not several times this month to show yourself what is possible.
Because the truth is, we ARE living in a dream! Our reality here is fluid and unlimited, personally and collectively. We just often choose to live and create from the restrictions of our past and old beliefs.
This Pisces season can give us a leg up in that experience. Finish your healing processes. But also consciously work with your soul creations and goals like a lucid dream. If you do, you just might see amazing results this month that can lead to progress in many life areas as you enter the next quarter of the year.
And with the help of the Equinox energies, many will feel more motivated, inspired and propelled forward on their upgraded trajectories. Think of it like a grand, new adventure. And enjoy the journey of discovery in this unprecedented time!

Happy Summer everyone. Hope you are enjoying the beauty and wonder of this new season and the variety of higher dimensional frequencies available to us in this time! Take this post-solstice cycle through July for rest and integration. It will serve you well as we prep for the August energies and the eclipses in September.
Many are reaping the harvest of their new creations since the summer started, and this is the time to play with and explore these opportunities and circumstances. Appreciate the results from what has shifted inside of you over the last few years. Expanded gifts and abilities are also coming online for many to use in their fresh beginnings and endeavors in this cycle.
As higher level frequencies, cosmic light, divine codes and plasma, along with the solar flares, flashes and aurora earth energies continue to permeate our playground and consciousness, this is a perfect period for a reset or clean slate.
That is exactly what Uranus in Gemini over the next seven years will help many of us do. For those who are ready, it’s time to let go of the endless pursuit of a higher awareness, spiritual goal or life outcome. The energy of this astrological cycle can give us a leg up in our connection to Source.
Through our willingness, we are able to align with the higher mind consciousness for more of a direct experience with God, which can benefit our personal realities including the body, mind and emotions, to say the least.
And there is so much to be said for how we will shift our reality and perception of the many aspects of our lives through this elevated line of communication. For example, it can lead to more of a direct divine guidance and clarity with regard to any life area and the greater collective reality.
This higher level of communication can also positively impact how we relate to others and the outside world. It includes the advancement of technology and so much more…
But we have to keep in mind that Uranus also can bring an energy of disruption or sometimes sudden or drastic changes that don’t always last very long.
It’s important to recognize that this lightning bolt energy will still serve us in our personal or worldly realities, regardless of how it might look or feel. It’s up to us to look for the gem or treasure that comes from the changes and to carry that forward with us on our spiritual paths.
Know that this is just the start of a 7-year cycle of major growth for many who want it. It won’t all happen at once unless that is your divine destiny. And of course it is always a choice for each soul to work with these new energies coming in and this astrological cycle in a way that serves their journey.
In the meantime, preparing at the onset of this transit would include cleaning up and clearing out, so we can receive more deeply. That might mean doing a cleanse or changing your diet for your body’s health and wellness. It might also mean letting go of excessive baggage inside your home or in your own consciousness.
For those who are far advanced on the path and ready to meet their spiritual forerunners, this 7-year cycle can be one that includes personal ascension. But for most, it means uncovering more layers that keep us from feeling that full divine force within us and around us that is constant, unwavering and true.
And for all of us, that is a great place to start in this novel time. Instead of the continual desire to reach a level, goal or result in our lives, we are learning to be content with life now as it is.
In the contentment and peace, we can see through more of the external illusions and the meaning behind the hologram of our lives and world. We begin to feel more and more of that bigger presence of God.
As we progress through these next seven years, with the help of the higher cosmic energies, other universal forces, astrological aspects and new earth frequencies allowing for the further activating of our crystalline DNA and upgrading of our plasmic bodies, we will begin to LIGHTen up on many levels and experience more fulfillment in all that is.
From that standpoint, we will have an easier process in the gradual refinement of our unique and powerful communion with the Divine or Source energy.
For help right now, consider engaging in activities or being present in ways that bring you quickly in touch with the vast richness of the divine energy on a regular basis. For some this could mean a daily swim in a beautiful lake, while for others it might be a deepening meditation practice.
This greater mysterious unfolding in our divine connection is one we’ve never yet experienced in this incarnation. And with what we’ve been through in the suffering, the hard work and mundaneness of 3D living in so many lifetimes, it will all feel well worth it as this new cycle begins. Revel in every moment and savor each step of the way!

We are in the midst of the Eclipse-Equinox passageway. It has been a powerful, changing time since the beginning of the year! During the month of March, we will feel even more of an accelerated transformation in our own lives and with what’s showing up in the world.
The Total Lunar Eclipse and Blood Moon in Virgo will be on March 13th-14th. It will begin late in the evening on the 13th for Pacific and Mountain time zones, while starting in the early am on the 14th in Eastern time zones. We will also be having a Partial Solar Eclipse on March 29th. These eclipses help us to focus more on growth, release the past and let the energy of transformation guide us forward. During this portal, anything is possible if we can get out of our own way!
Some common themes and experiences during this gateway: Sudden inner shifts or major life changes, unexpected and exciting opportunities, endings happening at the same time as beginnings and big healing! This healing is about wrapping up old cycles of longstanding patterns for those who are ready.
And as for decisions, just be aware that circumstances might change…and change again. This will be emphasized with mercury going retrograde on the 14th, at the same time as the lunar eclipse is occurring.
So trust the flow and be flexible. Say yes to only what feels divinely aligned. This is also a period where you may be feeling very emotional for reasons you might be aware of and not. Be with and allow for the emotional releases to receive the greater insights and wisdom from these processes.
As more and more in the collective are realizing, we have to trust and follow our own intuition to access the truth in our personal lives and in the bigger world reality. Logic won’t get us there. Information can help but can also be misleading. So what does your heart tell you? If it hasn’t been clear to you yet, expect epiphanies especially during the lunar eclipse time.
On top of this, we are receiving more cosmic light, divine codes and higher frequencies as well as plasma from the sun and earth on a regular basis. Take good care of yourself and get needed rest, hydration and tend to your emotions.
Make sure you have time to be unproductive and creative, this helps with the integration. The plasma is altering our DNA and working through the water element in our body, so we need to drink more water as we receive this body shifting substance! Due to the solar flares and with all the light we’re taking in now, our bodies can get depleted of minerals easily. So I also recommend adding electrolytes to your water to help promote healthy body functioning, especially for the heart and kidneys.
During the Spring Equinox portal, we’ll also be receiving additional energetic activations. Along with upgrading our light bodies, these will help bring more of our spiritual gifts online within our soul’s purpose templates. Whether you are just starting your soul’s purpose or going into your secondary mission work, the equinox activations can help expand your talents and bring more conscious awareness on how to move forward with your purpose.
And lastly, the solar eclipse window that opens on March 29th, like most solar eclipses, will help us all step into our power in a greater way. In fact, this one occurs in Aries. So it definitely highlights our ability to feel more self- worth, deepen our divine identity and help us be able to show up with strength and confidence. In particular, many more people will be able to access their voice and express themselves more boldly, both in their personal lives and in the world. This alone can ignite a quickening in a changed collective reality for all of us!
