In the busyness of everyday life, we don’t always take downtime to care for ourselves as we should. So I was inspired to offer a retreat that provides this safe space for all of us, in the peaceful and mystical Sedona energy that gently holds us as we nurture and rejuvenate ourselves.
Especially during these accelerated changing times and with all that’s up in the world, coming together for a group experience of this nature can be supportive and restorative on so many levels!
The retreat will begin on Thursday, Nov. 14th from 7-9pm with a meet and greet at my home. As we gather together there, I’ll provide energy activations for the group in honor of our healing, nurturing and rejuvenation. Bring your personal intentions for the retreat and upcoming new year (2025) to be worked with and set in motion during the weekend. There will be a full moon in Taurus on Friday, so the energy will be ripe for diving deep, completing old cycles and accessing your hidden gifts, talents and inner resources as you move forward on your soul’s pathway.
On Friday the 15th and Saturday the 16th we will be spending 2-3 hours outdoors connecting with the earth in a few of Sedona’s most powerfully restorative and revitalizing vortex areas to support your integration. These will be short walks to specific natures spots and will not be physically demanding or require that you are an experienced hiker. But you are welcome to explore the trails and particular hikes on your own free time.
I will lead the group in some energy healing processes out on the land both days as well as indoors when we sit in circle together. For those who want to expand in their intuitive development, there will be a few practices we’ll do throughout the weekend that will help deepen your abilities and experience.
You will also receive a private intuitive reading with me on one of the days. The focus can be on any life area(s), whatever you’d like more clarity and guidance with. In addition, channeled messages for the group from the Elohim Angels and the Pleiadian High Council will be shared during the weekend to support your spiritual journey and that of the collective.
There will be plenty of time over the weekend for breaks and exploring the town on your own. There will be group activities in the morning and afternoon on Friday and Saturday, but you will have two hours free for lunch on both days. Snacks and beverages will be provided on Thursday evening, but all other meals will be on your own. The retreat will end on Saturday evening around 7 or 8 pm.

Additional Planning Info:
Booking and paying for your hotel or airbnb accommodations will be on your own. When you email me to sign up, you will receive a list of recommended accommodations in the area, restaurants and grocery stores, hiking trails and vortex sites. For those who prefer camping, I can also give your referrals. The weather in November in Sedona is generally 70’s during the day and 40’s-50’s at night.
It is also recommended that you fly in early in the day on Thursday so you can check-in to your hotel ahead of time, get settled and arrive at 7pm for the start of the retreat. If you wish for more time to explore the city, staying an extra day on Sunday for more leisure and sight seeing is also worth considering.

Healing & Transformation with the Whales Boat Trip in Moss Landing, CA!

For those who haven’t had a chance yet to experience this highly joyful and powerfully transformative event with the whales, or for those who have done it and would love to come back again for more, come join me this fall!
During this boat trip, you’ll have the opportunity to receive healing from the whales, dolphins and any other sea creatures that show up to play with us. I will also be sharing an energy healing practice that we will be offering as a group for the sea creatures and the ocean during our tour to support them in thriving in all ways.
The date of this event is just a day after a new moon in Libra & solar eclipse, so set your intentions for anything you want to initiate, expand on, or transform in your life. Sanctuary Cruises is the whale tour agency we will be riding with and they are located in Moss Landing, CA. Moss Landing is about 36 minutes from Monterey, CA. All other logistical details of the trip including where to park and board the boat as well as how to prepare for the trip in advance will be sent out in another email after sign up.
The $250 cost includes the boat charter fee and gas, both of which have gone up since the last time I offered this event in 2021. It also includes my work as the facilitator and guide, holding space for all the participants in their own inner processes, assisting all in providing healing for the ocean and sea creatures as well as bringing through channeled messages from the whales.

On the Energies of the Eclipse & Equinox Gateway..
We are now in the gateway to another powerful season as we approach the Lunar eclipse on Sept. 17th and the Fall Equinox, on Sept 22nd. With the two cosmic events so close together, the energies are amplified.
Change, illumination and expansion can be witnessed in many life areas. But for many, as the Equinox sits on the Virgo/Libra cusp, much can arise with relationships. Areas of work, day-to-day living and manifestation abilities are also highlighted.
Manifesting with greater ease has been increasing for all of us exponentially over the last several years and will continue to accelerate through this gateway that takes us through the end of October. Be conscious of what you focus on, add energy to or engage with in an emotional or sentimental way because what you give attention to will expand. If you need to clear the air or release on any level or in any way, by all means, do so! But then, remember to re-center yourself in the present with your truth.
And if there is something dear and true to your heart that you desire, call it in! The power of the voice in connection with the higher levels and soul’s free will to create a personal reality of your choosing is happening for many now.
As for the relationship sector, expect the unexpected. This is a time of completion and also upgrading. During this gateway which takes us all the way past the solar eclipse on Oct. 2nd and through the end of October, there will be reunions, reconciliation, closure and beginnings happening in many cases.
It’s a time to tie up loose ends, forgive, heal and let go where needed. Some relationships from our pasts may be given a second chance to start over again. For others, we will be meeting new people—more of the soul family variety. These folks will walk with us in this unprecedented time.
In addition, some might feel confused or awkward in this gateway, unsure of what to expect or how to go forward. As more of us step into the higher frequency bandwidth now available to us on the planet, we can feel supported and uplifted as we continue to release the heavy density. But this is still uncharted territory for many.
When navigating this mysterious time, it can be challenging for some to flow without reference points or a clear vision of bigger outcomes. The best advice is to sit tight, stay present and be in acceptance with what is at the moment. Surrendering to the unknown allows for a greater awareness to be revealed in right timing.
When that times comes, which is just around the corner, many will feel a huge shift into lightness, freedom from previous limitations and the enthusiasm that comes with the launching of a new purpose, vision and life that’s in alignment with the evolution of their soul. It’s a rebirthing that brings the tangible rewards from all the inner work we’ve been committed to over time—decades for many of us. And that will be something worth celebrating!
