We are now in the eclipse corridor. Big changes are happening for many of us, personally and collectively. It can be helpful to view this time as an adventure which brings joy and ease with navigating the unknown…
This first eclipse is a total lunar one in Pisces on Sunday, September 7th. The energy of this eclipse can help you to be aware of the need for healing, completions, letting go, compassion and forgiveness.
Expect any life areas where healing is not complete to come to your attention. The same is true for letting go. Whatever it is that you know you need to release, whether it be emotional patterns, material objects, a particular relationship, belief system etc, if you do not willingly release these things the universe will often help you do this in unexpected ways. So take those needed steps!
The completion or endings that happen ignite the beginning of a new and upgraded cycle for many. We are feeling the expansion in many life areas. Timeline jumps and collective shifts are occurring. The accelerated transformation is palpable!
These changes can leave us a bit disoriented, overwhelmed or forgetful.
You may also experience a feeling of being lost, unsure of where you should go next in life or even questioning if you are in the right place doing the right thing.
This is all normal and to be expected during a timeline jump and simultaneous fresh start. It can even feel like your familiar environment is now somewhat unfamiliar. For example, it may be that some old things from your home or even landmarks in your neighborhood vanish from your personal reality in one moment and then show up again later, different in some way. Often in the case of outdated tangibles like computer files, photos or other sentimental objects of the past, they may disappear permanently!
If you are questioning your path, let your intuition guide you forward through any of the unknowns. And if you still don’t have the clarity yet, by the fall season around October time, you may experience illuminations that will help with discernment and choices.
But along with letting go of past grudges and cultivating compassion and forgiveness, I can’t emphasize enough the need to give up judgment. This is something being worked on by many individuals and our collective at large.
What people or groups do you still judge? If it’s challenging for you to pinpoint this, think of the areas of your life, people or aspects of the world that bring up the most irritation, powerlessness, anger or repulsion in you.
One easy place to see this playing out is in politics, especially as the division continues. Remember that everyone out there, including any groups are our mirrors. I’ve even seen healers judging and condemning other healers. And we are the ones who should be role modeling a compassionate stance!
When we can begin embracing everyone no matter what their beliefs, values or past and present behaviors, the division starts to dissolve and more unity results. This is when we get to see real change! Some helpful advice here, you don’t have to share their beliefs, values and like or accept their behaviors. Quite the contrary, actually.
The key is to embrace them as a fellow human with all their faults, just like you. Because you have a similarity to them in some way otherwise you wouldn’t feel the charge. Often these similarities come from other lifetimes.
Releasing judgment also involves the process of moving out of victimhood. It’s up to all of us to step into self-empowerment and begin creating different life outcomes. Sometimes the healing that needs to happen for this can take a whole lifetime or many lifetimes. Embracing this truth as reality and living by it can take a big leap in consciousness, but many humans are starting to get it!
After we take time to integrate this lunar event, we will have another eclipse, a partial solar one on Sunday September 21st. This one will occur in the sign of Virgo. It will serve to inspire many in their service work, passions, purpose and communication. Many will feel called to help or deepen their connection to the animal and nature kingdoms. They may start up projects to help these beings.
This solar eclipse will bring the most change for many. It could mean physical (home) moves, expansion in work or career, getting closer to goals that have been worked on for some time…But it will also help empower people to live a more healthy and balanced lifestyle. And to think about what really matters.
What would be the best life flow for you? And how could you accomplish that? It’s about eliminating old habits, addictions or any striving or survival energies. This is when more people can move out of enslavement, especially as it is related to the workforce. It’s an opportunity for more freedom, joy, creativity and autonomy in what we choose to do or be for a living or purpose.
Now that is something worth all the time we’ve waited for!
And what about the collective/world shifts many have been wondering about? Well, much of that still remains to be seen because these eclipse energies may take up to six months for full integration.
As for the month of September and October, we can expect to see more earth related or weather disruptions but also more visible earth healing and thriving! And as I shared in my last blog post on Mercury Retrograde and the Lion’s Gate, some changes will occur on the political scene as well.
To the excitement of many lightworkers and wayshowers, seeing more of the unseens which can include nature spirits, other higher dimensionals like ET’s, angelic beings and magical beings such as unicorns will also be something wonderful to behold.
All of it serves us in the forward progress of our collective ascension!

The incoming energies are very powerful right now in this special Lion’s Gate passage and Mercury Retrograde (MR) cycle that goes until August 12th. Can you feel it, the push and pull towards transformation? It’s coming for each of us personally and the collective. For some these might be smaller or more subtle changes while for others it could be monumental. This could be the kind of shift you’ve been waiting a long time for, perhaps even decades.
You might be feeling the need to slow down, listen, get quiet and still. If so, surrender to it. If plans get cancelled or changed, you’ll notice in this unique MR and Lion’s Gate portal that what comes in place of the plans is even better. As usual, during this time take care of any loose ends and projects you’ve put on the back burner or forgotten about when you’ve been too busy. Make plans for those endeavors now!
Get off technology when you can and be in nature more. If you find computers don’t work or other glitches with tech happen, it’s a call to get you out in more of a natural setting or in an organic life flow. And especially in this particular MR cycle, this will often lead to aligned synchronicities where you cross paths with just the right person or receive the perfect opportunity or have the experience you need to have in divine timing!
As usual with most Lion’s Gate passages, we have the ability to heal and manifest much more quickly and easily. And in this year’s portal, a special emphasis on raising our abundance quotient and moving beyond previous blocks to greater plenitude is possible for those who are ready.
So let the sleepy energy, the slowing down in this cycle help you go deeper in your meditation and healing processes. You’ll be guided from this deep place within. Much will be revealed now about where you are headed next on your own life path around the time of the eclipses in September. The September eclipse season is the starting point or marker for when we’ll start to see many of these changes show up for us personally and collectively.
As for what might occur collectively, from August through October, we can expect shifts financially, where more people begin to choose to combine other types of currencies with their traditional currency, like the many kinds of digital currencies, silver and gold to support their financial realities. There could also be changes in governmental leadership, new regimes or policies that help the collective in unexpected ways and shifts in our natural world.
As for nature, more volcanos, earthquakes, floods, fires and other natural phenomenon can occur in this gateway and beyond. Some of these natural disasters are a reflection of the transmutation and release of the old 3D earth energy. Accept that this is part of the process and know that more of Gaia in her 5D and higher realm states are available to us in our greater collective reality as the shift in consciousness continues.
It’s important that we all do our part during this Lion’s Gate and MR time as well as over the next few months. We might be required to deepen our inner work, role model for others the change we wish to see, step into or expand in our soul’s purpose missions or all of the above. Now is the time, don’t wait. The world needs your love and light. Be who you came here to be. Shine on!

I wanted to take this opportunity to share about the start of The Cow Project. Over the last few years, I’ve been called to help wild and farm animals. In the beginning it started with cattle, but then it opened up to all farm animals: goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, llamas, donkeys and more.
Farm animals often do not get access to holistic services like our dogs, cats and horses at home do. In fact, they are often overlooked or neglected. Many of them are abused or have abuse in their pasts. This is why I feel it’s important to help them. They deserve the same care and attention that domestic animals receive.
Spring and summer of 2024 I began traveling to Texas, New Mexico and throughout the state of Arizona where I live to offer my intuitive and energy healing services to animals on farms, rescues, and in sanctuaries. This winter and spring I have been focused in the greater Phoenix area and in the Verde Valley, closer to my home.
I am offering my services to farm animals in sanctuaries and rescues on a volunteer basis at the moment, because many rescues don’t have extra funds for this kind of support. But in the very near future I’ll be doing a Go Fund Me fundraiser here on my blog and in my social media to support this new project and allow me to reach more animals.
I enjoy using my animal communication skills and healing abilities to help these animals heal and thrive on physical, mental/emotional and spiritual levels. I love seeing them happy and healthy, living with other members of their family or a community of other animals at many of the sanctuaries I’ve visited.
In addition to helping at rescues and sanctuaries, I am also visiting family farms and ranches to help the animals there in need. Last spring I even went to a factory dairy farm in Texas and worked energetically with the cows there, offering them physical and emotional relief. I also went to a feed lot and wasn’t allowed in because of the bird flu restriction of visitors. So I worked with the cattle from outside the fence of the property.
I go where I am called and help in the way that I am divinely directed to be in service. I feel these animals at factory farms especially need the comfort and benefit of energy healing, even more so for those who are preparing to transition. I plan to go to more of these bigger farms in the greater Phoenix area later this summer to assist as needed. In addition, I’ll continue to offer my services as I have been on smaller ranches, family farms and at sanctuaries and rescues.
On this topic of factory farms, part of my work also involves co-creating with the farm animals on a collective and energetic level to help them begin a new reality for themselves, which I feel they want and have already set in motion.
The bird flu is one example of this. Currently, the availability of meat and eggs in supermarkets in some states has decreased because factory farms cannot sell their milk, eggs or meat if it tests positive for bird flu. If this continues or other viruses that affect farm animals emerge, it could put some factory farms out of business if they can’t sell their products.
Changing over to only smaller family farms is a good first step for the animals and for those of us who are consuming animal products. We need to focus on healthier living environments, respect, care, and humane handling and harvesting for animals right now.
As I shared in my recent Instagram reel, it all starts with connecting to these animals. When we do, new ideas, innovative solutions and the creativity for a whole new kind of farming arises in us individually. This then ripples out through the greater human consciousness and promotes collective change. To view my reel on Instagram, click here.

The rest of the photos are from sanctuaries and ranches in the greater Phoenix area and the Verde Valley. These are just some of the many animals I’ve helped since the spring of 2024. I will be writing another blog with updates on The Farm Animal Project soon and sharing more photos with you there.

As I’ve reflected on my recent adventures with the cows on my travels and in other places I’ve lived since my last blog post, I’ve also been thinking about some magical experiences I’ve had with chickens as well. Like cows, chickens and other farm animals are often overlooked, mistreated or undervalued in our society.
I remember a day I was dog sitting for someone in Carmel Valley, CA when I lived in the Monterey area. As well as taking care of the dog, I was also to feed the chickens on the property and harvest some eggs from the coup each day.
One day, after I replenished their feeders and waters, one of the hens got out of the coup. I was instructed to make sure they were all safe inside, since the ranch owner wouldn’t be home until after dark that day. So I went out after the chicken to retrieve her. She got a little scared as I scooped her up and as she twisted around in my arms, I thought I might have hurt one of her wings.
When I got her back to the coup, she seemed to act and move normally. But I wanted to make sure her wing was okay, so I decided to do some energy healing for her to provide comfort and any healing if needed.
While I did the energy healing, I got a deeper sense that she was fine and didn’t have an injury. I also felt such a love and appreciation for her and all the chickens. Not just these chickens, but all the chickens on our planet.
There are those who live on private properties, providing eggs for their human owners. There are also those who live their lives on other kinds of farms and factories, where they are raised for meat. And then there are some chickens who are lucky to live with humans who love them and consider them family.
These particular humans want their chickens to live their lives out peacefully and naturally while free ranging and enjoying the connection with their human caretakers. I would imagine that these chickens are so happy to be loved, cared for and treated with kindness and equality.
I was reflecting on all of this when I decided to do a blessing for this hen and her sisters, thanking them for their energy and all they provide. As I completed the blessing for the chickens, I asked them if there was any way they could make it easier for me to harvest the eggs in the morning for their human.
The last couple mornings, each time I went in to feed and get the eggs, some of the hens were brooding. And since I did not want to move the chickens or try to pluck the eggs out from under them, I waited until later when they were not near the eggs.
It was just a simple question and I did not expect an answer in reply. Afterall, it is their biological instinct to sit on those eggs allowing them to transform into potential offspring.
After taking a short break and then going back to the coup to harvest the eggs that day, I was greeted with a surprise. When I moved to the back of the coup where two or three of the hens usually sat on their eggs, I noticed that they were still sitting there and looking straight at me. As I approached them and asked if I could collect the eggs, one by one, they each stood up and allowed me to reach under them for the eggs.
I considered this a testament to the power of connecting and communicating with them. I also felt a gratefulness coming from the chickens in response to doing the energy healing and taking the time to care for and consider them.
With chickens being a common animal on many home properties, farms and ranches, we can all benefit from feeling gratitude for them and giving back to them in some way. In addition, all of us can practice the art of animal communication through our intent.
For those who understand telepathy, that is the easiest way to communicate. But we can also talk to any animal out loud, as we would another human. Through my work with animals over the years, I have found that they often understand our words and/or the energy behind them.
So I encourage you to enjoy some magical connections with chickens! Not only will you be able to help them more, but you’ll also make it easier for yourself in the process. And best of all, you’ll find you have peaceful, joyful and healthier chickens.
