Happy New Year! I hope it’s been a great start to 2026 for you all so far. With the end of 2025 cosmic energies and the blast of light codes coming in since the 1st, we’ve certainly been assisted in getting prepared for this new beginning.
If you are like me, you are probably taking extra time to integrate right now as well as feeling into this beautiful and novel energy of the fresh year. It definitely is new terrain! So give yourself the space and time for the integration, which can include resting, relaxing, doing nothing at all and the nurturing self-care kind of stuff.
It all started with a Super Full Moon in Cancer on Saturday, January 3rd. Many of my friends and clients have reported big emotions. This is a sentimental full moon energy, bringing up feelings of the past–longings, desires, reflections on what was or what has never been, especially in areas of home, relationships or family.
I have to admit that this moon really caught me off guard! In just a brief interaction with a new acquaintance, I found myself feeling very vulnerable and transparent with some of my sensitive issues coming up. It was a surprise to me that this could arise so easily, but the energies of this moon can help us feel deeply into what needs to be seen and integrated. This inner illumination highlights what residue might still remain with regard to a particular area of our lives.
And because of the nature of the sign of Cancer, emotional releases can happen easily in this cycle so let them flow. This is a time for letting go and looking at what needs to be changed in yourself or your life for greater success as we start off the new year. Some people are experiencing big clearings in the form of an temporary illness like a cold or flu. If your physical body is asking for your support, know that is part of your releasing in this moon cycle as well.
You might even feel a little bit disoriented or gloomy at the time of this moon. A friend of mine even described his experience with these energies as, “feeling like a buoy being rocked at sea.” With the flood of light and new energies coming in since the 1st, new personal timelines are opening up to us.
When a new timeline shift becomes available to us, people can sometimes feel a little lost or apathetic. There’s an unknown feeling because the path forward hasn’t been forged yet. But this is when we need to remind ourselves that we are creating that trajectory through our overall vibrational-frequency state and what we focus on.
With your higher self’s guidance, you can feel into the frequencies your soul wants to play with during this year. Instead of specific physical forms or outcomes, focus on the qualities you’d like to experience more of, like joy, freedom, peace, harmony, expansion, abundance, ease, grace or clarity for example. After that, the appropriate form or outcome for you will take shape in your life in right timing.
For those who are new to this, you can connect to your higher self in meditation or anytime you self-reflect or go inward. As you do, ask for help with feeling into the important frequencies you’d like to create this year and for the big picture of your timeline going forward. As you do, you should notice specific qualities coming into focus and also get a general sense of where you are headed.
For others more experienced, you might get really clear details on what is coming up with directions on action steps from your higher self and the higher dimensional beings that work with you. In either case, make a conscious choice to align with your highest trajectory in this now and feel into the predominant frequency of that path.
This will help you feel more grounded, stable and uplifted as you move forward on your new timeline. You can back this up by getting out and taking a walk or doing anything in nature. It will help you get adjusted to earth’s upgraded light quotient and magnetics.
As the New Earth gateway is now open to all who want access to it, you will notice a change in how you experience nature in this new time. To more people it will appear lighter and brighter, with an expanded magical, blissful and peaceful essence than ever before.
Lastly, the Capricorn Stellium that we are experiencing this week involves the Sun, Venus and Mars. This can give many of us the supportive, grounded and foundational energy we need to move forward with our plans and desires at the start of this year. It’s a time where we can begin to see real results if we take purposeful action.
In addition, with fortunate Jupiter aspecting this stellium we can count on a bigger return from our energy than normal if we keep the faith and continue to put in the effort. This is a great opportunity to allow yourself to be transported onto that upgraded and new energy/timeline as we kick off an exciting and expansive year of 2026. Enjoy the journey in this beginning!

Here we are at the start of another beautiful sacred season! This December is a month where we can expect multiple energetic shifts and external changes.
We are taking in such a variety of energies: source codes, higher frequencies and mother plasma, while also releasing so much with the help of the solar flares and continued geomagnetic activity.
As usual! But expect that this month it’s possible that you can receive the equivalent of a few months worth of energies, soul integration and subsequent internal shifts.
So give yourself A LOT of space to rest, relax and be unproductive. Regardless of what is going on in your life, really take it one day at a time. Don’t push or make too many firm plans. Be as flexible and spontaneous as you can. And take good care of your physical body especially.
With all that said, the Super Full Moon in Gemini on the 4th is a biggie. It’s the last full moon of the year. This one builds upon the releasing and activations from 11-11 and the last Scorpio New Moon. Even though you might be reading this after the 4th, the energies of the full moon will be with us this first weekend of December and for the next month as we integrate.
This time period we’re in is a completion of the last 9-year cycle. So think back to 2016 and what you’ve been working on since then. There should be some themes popping up in your memory.
At this time of the full moon, you’ll be clearing the last of the remnants from that period. Let it all come up and out, so you are completely done with it! For some this will be minor, while others might experience a major purge. Embrace whatever it is for you, because you don’t want to carry any of it into 2026.
Along with the releasing, this magical full moon energy opens an auspicious doorway for miracles and blessings. Make a list of your intentions for next year and this weekend create a sacred ceremony to activate them. If you are open to the blessings, you’ll also receive extra support, clarity and confidence during this sacred season to get off and running with them early next year!
Over the last two years and more recently since the previous two moon cycles, some of us have been preparing for next year and our role changes. For those who are ready, willing and who have truly been steadfast in doing their inner work for many years now–more than likely decades, it’s time to begin moving into your new purpose/passion.
If this applies to you, you’ll already know what that is. This new purpose is a covenant with God. It was formed as you’ve reached a certain level of advancement in your spiritual journey or in some cases before you incarnated. Your first purpose, job or career was meant to lay the foundation for this expanded purpose.
Over the last few years some have felt the call connected with this purpose and they have gained ideas, epiphanies and inspiration. Some people have even taken those first steps to get started.
But now, whether you’ve started already or not, it’s time to advance in this grander purpose. If you don’t know at this time, you’ll be intuitively guided during this sacred season regarding your next steps once the new year is underway.
Many of us will still continue our first purpose as we start our new roles in our covenant with God. The old purpose, career or work we were doing before can go on for whatever length of time we desire, as long as we are also tending to our expanded purpose. It’s important that we allow that to unfold and follow through with our efforts in this divine timing!
For some people there will be a passing of the torch, where your old role goes to other lightworkers so that you can now put your full attention on your expanded purpose. And this new mission is so sacred, so much is alignment with your divine connection that you will literally be acting as an extension of God.
This is how many will know they are working with their expanded purpose. Those who you serve will literally be making contact with the divine through you, often because there is no other way for them to access God. For others moving into their expanded purpose, it may be that they are reaching more beings in a bigger way and with more of a powerful divine presence than ever before.
Not everyone will be stepping into an expanded purpose and that is as it should be. Know that where you are is perfect for your spiritual path and growth. I mention it here to motivate and inspire those who have been devoted to their healing and transformational work and who have walked their path authentically.
These people are truly ready and have been waiting for this time to come. Now it is finally here. Congratulations! Definitely give yourself a big rest this month to prepare for all the activity that will be happening starting in January.
And for all of us, no matter where we are on our journeys, this month will be a time where massive growth and shifts can occur! We can all expect to be upgraded on a body, mind and spirit level. Many of us will be doing purposeful service work in many forms and ways.
Best of all, we’ll all be starting to see the blooms of change show up in our external lives in many areas, particularly those areas where we’ve put our time, focus, work and energy. Spiritual growth does not have to be difficult, but it does take discipline and devotion to heal, shift, receive and allow all that we are to come into being.
During this sacred month of December, we’ll be able to see some of the fruits of our labors of love! Enjoy the magic and wonder!

Welcome to Scorpio Season! This is one of my favorite times of the year, a time to reflect, reminisce and go inward. It’s a month for renewal and magic! This New Moon in Libra from Tuesday is kicking off this next cycle.
The sign of Libra represents balance. The symbol is the scales. And we could all use a little balance in these times! Think also harmony, justice, equality. These are all Libran qualities.
And as the photo of Alice in Wonderland above exemplifies, it’s been a time of intense acceleration. As more higher frequencies reach our planet and many more of us naturally align with the 5D and higher dimensions, the compression of time is palpable. It brings a surreal quality to our everyday lives. If we aren’t staying embodied and aware, life can feel chaotic and unmanageable. It can be very disorienting!
On top of this, with Uranus Retrograde in Gemini right now, schedules and plans can be constantly changeable. If you have a Gemini sun or have any major planets in Gemini, you might feel this more than others. Uranus is the great disruptor and it often ignites fast changes. it can impact us in many different ways.
Some people who are heavily influenced by this transit are feeling more anxiety than usual since Uranus traditionally is connected to the nervous system. For those who resonate with this, you might be needing to utilize more relaxation, calming and meditation practices in your life now. Energy healing, herbals and flower essences can be helpful to bring more soothing and calming as well.
With my sun in Gemini, I have noticed this planet’s biggest influence on me is with my schedule. Never have I had so many changes, cancellations or major influxes all at once! I’ve often had to shift and pivot many times throughout a single day. For those wondering, Uranus will retrograde back into Taurus on November 8th.
Know that the universe always works in our favor. So whether you notice the influence of Uranus and other astrological alignments or are feeling the amplification of the higher frequencies and the solar flares, recognize that it is all serving you. Because more of us are focusing on what’s really important here.
It’s a time for slowing down, being present and in authentic alignment. If you are off in any of these ways, life might seem a little bit crazy. If you try to speed up to get it all done, your experience of time just accelerates more. Don’t force anything or try to push through, just allow for your natural rhythm. Then overall life balance can more easily resume. This is also a good time period for practicing the art of receiving and allowing, so more can come to you at a perfect pace in right timing.
Many more of us are having enlightening experiences as we naturally align with a higher dimensional frequency. The energies coming onto the planet are assisting us with personal transformation, inside and out.
And with Scorpio season beginning and continuing through most of November, we’re supported in diving deep! Below the surface of our consciousness, we can access parts of our soul that need healing, including ancestral influences. Realities are shifting quickly for those who are ready and able to progress on their path.
As the Pleiadian High Council has shared with me, “In 5D, it is all about the moment-to-moment experience. There is no past or future, just each and every present moment. So if you feel off, pressured or disoriented, bring yourself back to the current moment and decide what needs to happen next. See if you can access the truth that in that moment, you have all the time in the world. And then let your day unfold from there. Playing more and being in a state of joy can also promote harmony and balance.
Going with the flow while having priorities for your time is important in this cycle and beyond. Some tasks will need to go on the back burner for when you have more energy, focus and the bandwidth for them. Keep in mind that the pressure to do, do, do, race ahead or get things done is often a distraction from all that is available to you now: the beauty, wonder, and awe-inspiring experience of an expanding consciousness, along with the divinely orchestrated options and opportunities coming in.”
And this is where the silence, stillness and inward focus during this mysterious season of Scorpio can truly benefit all of us. Create magic and miracles in your healing and spiritual expansion as you make room for these potent possibilities during meditation, creative activities, healing modalities, any spiritual practice or perhaps in your own unique way.
Like Alice in Wonderland, life might feel more otherworldly and exciting right now but also be bewildering, frustrating or alarming as you begin to operate without logic, plans, control or trying to keep up with it all. If you can surrender and be fully present in each moment, you’ll find your life to be profoundly enriching, abundant and full of many expanding and exhilarating openings and experiences. This is what it means to be truly alive and awake in our world in these unprecedented times!

My work involves helping to bring comfort, healing & blessings on a body, mind and spirit level, no matter what their life circumstances may be. The cattle pictured below are from a variety of different ranches and farms.

These last two photos were taken at a large dairy (Factory Farm) outside of Phoenix. They received the same blessings, comfort & energy healing as the farm animals on small ranches, farms and in sanctuaries. I refer to the healing I did with these cows in my first 2 short videos at the top of this post.
I am following my calling to be in service to these cattle and other farm and wild animals so that they may be touched by the love, blessings and healing of Source. May all beings benefit!

The incoming energies are very powerful right now in this special Lion’s Gate passage and Mercury Retrograde (MR) cycle that goes until August 12th. Can you feel it, the push and pull towards transformation? It’s coming for each of us personally and the collective. For some these might be smaller or more subtle changes while for others it could be monumental. This could be the kind of shift you’ve been waiting a long time for, perhaps even decades.
You might be feeling the need to slow down, listen, get quiet and still. If so, surrender to it. If plans get cancelled or changed, you’ll notice in this unique MR and Lion’s Gate portal that what comes in place of the plans is even better. As usual, during this time take care of any loose ends and projects you’ve put on the back burner or forgotten about when you’ve been too busy. Make plans for those endeavors now!
Get off technology when you can and be in nature more. If you find computers don’t work or other glitches with tech happen, it’s a call to get you out in more of a natural setting or in an organic life flow. And especially in this particular MR cycle, this will often lead to aligned synchronicities where you cross paths with just the right person or receive the perfect opportunity or have the experience you need to have in divine timing!
As usual with most Lion’s Gate passages, we have the ability to heal and manifest much more quickly and easily. And in this year’s portal, a special emphasis on raising our abundance quotient and moving beyond previous blocks to greater plenitude is possible for those who are ready.
So let the sleepy energy, the slowing down in this cycle help you go deeper in your meditation and healing processes. You’ll be guided from this deep place within. Much will be revealed now about where you are headed next on your own life path around the time of the eclipses in September. The September eclipse season is the starting point or marker for when we’ll start to see many of these changes show up for us personally and collectively.
As for what might occur collectively, from August through October, we can expect shifts financially, where more people begin to choose to combine other types of currencies with their traditional currency, like the many kinds of digital currencies, silver and gold to support their financial realities. There could also be changes in governmental leadership, new regimes or policies that help the collective in unexpected ways and shifts in our natural world.
As for nature, more volcanos, earthquakes, floods, fires and other natural phenomenon can occur in this gateway and beyond. Some of these natural disasters are a reflection of the transmutation and release of the old 3D earth energy. Accept that this is part of the process and know that more of Gaia in her 5D and higher realm states are available to us in our greater collective reality as the shift in consciousness continues.
It’s important that we all do our part during this Lion’s Gate and MR time as well as over the next few months. We might be required to deepen our inner work, role model for others the change we wish to see, step into or expand in our soul’s purpose missions or all of the above. Now is the time, don’t wait. The world needs your love and light. Be who you came here to be. Shine on!
