Towards the bottom of this post are more photos, including some new ones from my recent healing work with cattle and other farm animals! My work involves helping to bring comfort, healing & blessings on a body, mind and spirit level, no matter what their life circumstances may be. The cattle pictured below are from a variety of different ranches and farms.

These last two photos were taken at a large dairy (Factory Farm) outside of Phoenix. They received the same blessings, comfort & energy healing as the farm animals on small ranches, farms and in sanctuaries. I refer to the healing I did with these cows in my first 2 short videos at the top of this post.
I am following my calling to be in service to these cattle and other farm and wild animals so that they may be touched by the love, blessings and healing of Source. May all beings benefit!

The incoming energies are very powerful right now in this special Lionâs Gate passage and Mercury Retrograde (MR) cycle that goes until August 12th. Can you feel it, the push and pull towards transformation? Itâs coming for each of us personally and the collective. For some these might be smaller or more subtle changes while for others it could be monumental. This could be the kind of shift youâve been waiting a long time for, perhaps even decades.
You might be feeling the need to slow down, listen, get quiet and still. If so, surrender to it. If plans get cancelled or changed, youâll notice in this unique MR and Lionâs Gate portal that what comes in place of the plans is even better. As usual, during this time take care of any loose ends and projects youâve put on the back burner or forgotten about when youâve been too busy. Make plans for those endeavors now!
Get off technology when you can and be in nature more. If you find computers donât work or other glitches with tech happen, itâs a call to get you out in more of a natural setting or in an organic life flow. And especially in this particular MR cycle, this will often lead to aligned synchronicities where you cross paths with just the right person or receive the perfect opportunity or have the experience you need to have in divine timing!
As usual with most Lionâs Gate passages, we have the ability to heal and manifest much more quickly and easily. And in this yearâs portal, a special emphasis on raising our abundance quotient and moving beyond previous blocks to greater plenitude is possible for those who are ready.
So let the sleepy energy, the slowing down in this cycle help you go deeper in your meditation and healing processes. Youâll be guided from this deep place within. Much will be revealed now about where you are headed next on your own life path around the time of the eclipses in September. The September eclipse season is the starting point or marker for when weâll start to see many of these changes show up for us personally and collectively.
As for what might occur collectively, from August through October, we can expect shifts financially, where more people begin to choose to combine other types of currencies with their traditional currency, like the many kinds of digital currencies, silver and gold to support their financial realities. There could also be changes in governmental leadership, new regimes or policies that help the collective in unexpected ways and shifts in our natural world.
As for nature, more volcanos, earthquakes, floods, fires and other natural phenomenon can occur in this gateway and beyond. Some of these natural disasters are a reflection of the transmutation and release of the old 3D earth energy. Accept that this is part of the process and know that more of Gaia in her 5D and higher realm states are available to us in our greater collective reality as the shift in consciousness continues.
Itâs important that we all do our part during this Lionâs Gate and MR time as well as over the next few months. We might be required to deepen our inner work, role model for others the change we wish to see, step into or expand in our soulâs purpose missions or all of the above. Now is the time, donât wait. The world needs your love and light. Be who you came here to be. Shine on!

We are reaching the end of the eclipse gateway! And now that Mercury is direct although still in the shadow, you mightâve been feeling as though life is picking up again and you are back in your usual flowâŚBut this Saturdayâs full moon energy in Libra offers us a chance to work through whatever we havenât yet cleared in this potent passageway. Itâs a biggie!
With the sun also being in Aries expect emotions to arise or burst forth unexpectedly. Many are feeling a heightened sensitivity and intuition, perhaps revealing more to you about yourself, others or situations than you would normally be comfortable with.
And much of what we are experiencing now brings a profound depth and expansion to our lives. Itâs reminding us of the richness of our reality here on this planet and how itâs important to stay aligned with our authenticity and self worth. We are reminded of what truly matters to us.
Because this moon makes challenging aspects to Venus and Chiron, it highlights healing in relationships. For many people itâs the completion of karmic contracts, cycles and patterns. So you might be back in touch with people from your past and/or heal issues that go way back in your history, with people in your life now.
The best part is the clarity that can come during this moon cycle. With regard to our love and relationship issues, perhaps those dynamics that you have been unconscious of for whatever reasonâŚItâs all being exposed now. Yes, the truth will set you free and it can also be a bitter bill to swallow. But the illumination of your consciousness at this time can transform even the deepest of these patterns.
Since Libra represents equality, balance and harmony, many will feel the desire to have more of these qualities in their connections. Equality in giving and receiving is going to be a necessity. There might need to be shifts in the relationship(s) in order to bring about fairness or justice with regard to the imbalances.
And speaking of balance, with all thatâs being healed and released in this cycle, take extra time for you. Put yourself first. That might mean taking time off work, resting, reflecting, going on retreat or being creative. Focus on what helps you access inner peace. Unplug at times from the internet, your devices, other distractions and chaos that may come up, especially in this cycle.
Most importantly, be compassionate and loving with yourself. Set boundaries with others where needed, express your feelings and be clear about what will no longer work for you in relationships and other life areas. Let your self worth shine through in all actions that you take during this powerful full moon window of opportunity! đđ âĄď¸đ

I wanted to take this opportunity to share about the start of The Cow Project. Over the last few years, Iâve been called to help wild and farm animals. In the beginning it started with cattle, but then it opened up to all farm animals: goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, llamas, donkeys and more.
Farm animals often do not get access to holistic services like our dogs, cats and horses at home do. In fact, they are often overlooked or neglected. Many of them are abused or have abuse in their pasts. This is why I feel itâs important to help them. They deserve the same care and attention that domestic animals receive.
Spring and summer of 2024 I began traveling to Texas, New Mexico and throughout the state of Arizona where I live to offer my intuitive and energy healing services to animals on farms, rescues, and in sanctuaries. This winter and spring I have been focused in the greater Phoenix area and in the Verde Valley, closer to my home.
I am offering my services to farm animals in sanctuaries and rescues on a volunteer basis at the moment, because many rescues donât have extra funds for this kind of support. But in the very near future Iâll be doing a Go Fund Me fundraiser here on my blog and in my social media to support this new project and allow me to reach more animals.
I enjoy using my animal communication skills and healing abilities to help these animals heal and thrive on physical, mental/emotional and spiritual levels. I love seeing them happy and healthy, living with other members of their family or a community of other animals at many of the sanctuaries Iâve visited.
In addition to helping at rescues and sanctuaries, I am also visiting family farms and ranches to help the animals there in need. Last spring I even went to a factory dairy farm in Texas and worked energetically with the cows there, offering them physical and emotional relief. I also went to a feed lot and wasnât allowed in because of the bird flu restriction of visitors. So I worked with the cattle from outside the fence of the property.
I go where I am called and help in the way that I am divinely directed to be in service. I feel these animals at factory farms especially need the comfort and benefit of energy healing, even more so for those who are preparing to transition. I plan to go to more of these bigger farms in the greater Phoenix area later this summer to assist as needed. In addition, I’ll continue to offer my services as I have been on smaller ranches, family farms and at sanctuaries and rescues.
On this topic of factory farms, part of my work also involves co-creating with the farm animals on a collective and energetic level to help them begin a new reality for themselves, which I feel they want and have already set in motion.
The bird flu is one example of this. Currently, the availability of meat and eggs in supermarkets in some states has decreased because factory farms cannot sell their milk, eggs or meat if it tests positive for bird flu. If this continues or other viruses that affect farm animals emerge, it could put some factory farms out of business if they canât sell their products.
Changing over to only smaller family farms is a good first step for the animals and for those of us who are consuming animal products. We need to focus on healthier living environments, respect, care, and humane handling and harvesting for animals right now.
As I shared in my recent Instagram reel, it all starts with connecting to these animals. When we do, new ideas, innovative solutions and the creativity for a whole new kind of farming arises in us individually. This then ripples out through the greater human consciousness and promotes collective change. To view my reel on Instagram, click here.

The rest of the photos are from sanctuaries and ranches in the greater Phoenix area and the Verde Valley. These are just some of the many animals Iâve helped since the spring of 2024. I will be writing another blog with updates on The Farm Animal Project soon and sharing more photos with you there.

We are in the midst of the Eclipse-Equinox passageway. It has been a powerful, changing time since the beginning of the year! During the month of March, we will feel even more of an accelerated transformation in our own lives and with whatâs showing up in the world.
The Total Lunar Eclipse and Blood Moon in Virgo will be on March 13th-14th. It will begin late in the evening on the 13th for Pacific and Mountain time zones, while starting in the early am on the 14th in Eastern time zones. We will also be having a Partial Solar Eclipse on March 29th. These eclipses help us to focus more on growth, release the past and let the energy of transformation guide us forward. During this portal, anything is possible if we can get out of our own way!
Some common themes and experiences during this gateway: Sudden inner shifts or major life changes, unexpected and exciting opportunities, endings happening at the same time as beginnings and big healing! This healing is about wrapping up old cycles of longstanding patterns for those who are ready.
And as for decisions, just be aware that circumstances might change…and change again. This will be emphasized with mercury going retrograde on the 14th, at the same time as the lunar eclipse is occurring.
So trust the flow and be flexible. Say yes to only what feels divinely aligned. This is also a period where you may be feeling very emotional for reasons you might be aware of and not. Be with and allow for the emotional releases to receive the greater insights and wisdom from these processes.
As more and more in the collective are realizing, we have to trust and follow our own intuition to access the truth in our personal lives and in the bigger world reality. Logic won’t get us there. Information can help but can also be misleading. So what does your heart tell you? If it hasn’t been clear to you yet, expect epiphanies especially during the lunar eclipse time.
On top of this, we are receiving more cosmic light, divine codes and higher frequencies as well as plasma from the sun and earth on a regular basis. Take good care of yourself and get needed rest, hydration and tend to your emotions.
Make sure you have time to be unproductive and creative, this helps with the integration. The plasma is altering our DNA and working through the water element in our body, so we need to drink more water as we receive this body shifting substance! Due to the solar flares and with all the light weâre taking in now, our bodies can get depleted of minerals easily. So I also recommend adding electrolytes to your water to help promote healthy body functioning, especially for the heart and kidneys.
During the Spring Equinox portal, we’ll also be receiving additional energetic activations. Along with upgrading our light bodies, these will help bring more of our spiritual gifts online within our soul’s purpose templates. Whether you are just starting your soul’s purpose or going into your secondary mission work, the equinox activations can help expand your talents and bring more conscious awareness on how to move forward with your purpose.
And lastly, the solar eclipse window that opens on March 29th, like most solar eclipses, will help us all step into our power in a greater way. In fact, this one occurs in Aries. So it definitely highlights our ability to feel more self- worth, deepen our divine identity and help us be able to show up with strength and confidence. In particular, many more people will be able to access their voice and express themselves more boldly, both in their personal lives and in the world. This alone can ignite a quickening in a changed collective reality for all of us!
