FULL MOON ECLIPSE PORTAL
Wow. Saying there will be massive transformation happening throughout April and May is an understatement. This is a fervent upcoming month! Get ready.
And give your physical body ample time to rest and rehydrate, minimizing aches, fatigue, and irritability. This energy of tomorrow’s (April 25th’s) full moon/partial lunar eclipse began early, and will continue throughout the weekend of the 27th/28th. We will then receive the rest of the three-fold series: the solar eclipse on May 10th (adjoined by the new moon), and the full moon/penumbral lunar eclipse on the 25th of May. Take advantage of these profound spiritual portals and opportunities to clear karma (and the old beliefs systems and patterns that go with it), achieve spiritual mastery in areas where you’ve been hindered, and further balance the yin/yang energies. Although our conscious minds may be unaware, there is so much happening below the surface at the end of April. Many of us are picking up on this through the subtleties in our interactions. By this I mean, it’s the energy behind our words that counts (even if they come from smiling faces that seem harmless or even helpful). And yet sometimes it’s just our own paranoia, our old wounds reflected in the mirror of the person standing before us. Discernment is essential to keep you sane, and your heart’s inner compass will be your guiding directive in knowingness. (More information shared here in extended version newsletter)
May’s solar eclipse will blast illumination and insight into areas of your life that are obscure, or where you have felt uncertain or in the dark. I see the electrical energy bringing immense clarity if you allow it, finally taking those blinders off and being able to behold a more accurate view of your reality. For some, this may not seem good, but remember with unity consciousness there is no good or bad, there simply is. In this middle ground which is the source of all freedom from suffering is acceptance, contentment, and peace. And I’m hearing all is as it should be–a fantastic sense of divine order for all who read this, even in the most unfortunate of circumstances. The truth will set you free. When you can see more clearly, you’ll make decisions and changes that will remove obstacles and limitations in your life and for your spiritual growth.
For others, the solar eclipse will bring a clearer version of the true nature of reality. You’ll be seeing through new lenses, because with your dedication and persistence in your personal work, your mental bodies will become more aligned to the 5D energies. The worry and tension of the past (especially over the last year) simply melts away, and you’ll be replenished by the frequencies that stoke your inner fire–the passion, courage, and enthusiasm that comes with this life-altering level of awareness. Because we now have no markers, no ways of predicting the future, we won’t know where we’re headed, but we’ll FEEL where we are going. That feeling will help us ride the wave of any sorrow, fear, or despair, instead of wiping us out.
And at this stage, you’ll be able to accept the wise council of the grasshopper and the birds. Ever notice the birds are very active these days? It isn’t just because it’s spring, it’s about freedom, fun, and manifesting…(More information shared here in the expanded version newsletter).
The best part of the solar eclipse time is that you’ll feel more energized and you’ll get a short break from clearing/releasing. The purifying forces will pick back up again at May’s end, at the time of the full moon/penumbral lunar eclipse. This time promises to take you through the end of the fast and furious energies of spring. The eclipse energy feels dark and mysterious, an update of the feminine, like the energy of the void. It brings with it complete change, death. There will be a new beginning/creation within you–and in one or more area(s) of your life. But it’s the last power punch at the end of the three-fold eclipse trine. And I don’t want to spoil the ending! So buckle your seatbelts, go with (allow) the flow, and intend to enJOY the delightful, adventurous ride! And so it will be.

IN TRANSITION
After the power packed month of March, which was sure to bring you lots of surprises and movement, we get a few weeks break to integrate. Especially for those who experienced these leaps forward as conflict or turmoil, take time to reflect on the lessons learned and receive a deeper healing, before taking the spiritual plunge again with the full moon/partial lunar eclipse on the 25th of April. Spring 2013, in general, is about transition. Many humans are at some stage of changing over to the 5th dimensional energy systems, even those recently awakened, while others are updating on emotional/mental levels as well. Of course, the physical is the last level to be completely transformed, because of its density. This is why most of us cannot fathom Earth in her full-fledged 5th dimensional (and beyond) version. We still see her the same way (as well as the rest of our lives): through 3rd dimensional glasses. The process of changing your viewpoint–from illusion to truth–will take place from the inside out. So spiritual growth MUST be your first priority. When you cleanse your mind and expand your personal consciousness, the pure, magical, formlessness takes shape in your external reality.
While your old BMW is being transformed into a new, upgraded model you can expect the following: fatigue, achy head and body, insomnia, forgetfulness, dizziness or disorientation, temporary intolerance to certain foods, emotional lability, turnover in friends and acquaintances or personal losses, disinterest in favorite hobbies or pleasures (including body sensuality–like eating and sex). Desire for sex and intimacy with a partner can definitely be altered while you’re switching over to a 5th dimensional system. Keep the lines of communication open and be patient with one another! On the flip side, there is a lot to look forward to: Better health, opportunities for advancement and life change (in all life areas), new life interests and passions coming forth, for some, even a complete change in your soul’s purpose (For example: a former school teacher who has now created an organization that supports disabled children, or a traditional healer who channels healing into art and organically grown food). You can create it any way you like it, and we have another new moon on the 10th to help us raise our frequencies and let it be so. Be open and flexible to the new forms your dreams want to take, because as you do, you not only allow things to come in quicker, but they come to you in a form that you’ll enJOY even more than what you originally thought you wanted.
A good metaphor for this time is the transitional stage of labor for a pregnant woman. For those who don’t know, this is the most difficult part of labor. The cervix fully dilates and contractions are longer and stronger as the baby descends into the pelvis. It is the most painful phase, and is the time when most women scream at their husbands, want to give up, think they are going to die, or otherwise, “lose control.” It can last a longer or shorter period of time, each woman’s experience is unique. I bring this up to help hold your hand, and keep you hanging in there if you’re feeling this way. Many of us entered transition in March and will be in it hard-core throughout May. It looks to me like late May, early June will be the time for pushing, but by the summer, we’ll be bringing our babies home.
The important thing is to not give up, and to release all resistance in this time of change. If you have resistance to healing and growing, looking at your areas of weakness and making improvements, let it go. Many have seen this internal resistance play out recently in conflicts and trauma in their external world, which is always a wake up call that something needs attention. I’ve learned this firsthand the hard way, but I’ve also discovered additional ways to make this transition time go smoothly. (More information here in the Expanded Version Newsletter).
The key to letting go of resistance: having the full awareness that life will get EASIER and become more pleasant if we allow and fully participate in our evolution. Evolution is not difficult–we just think it is (and thus the painful transitional time). The challenges lie with our unwillingness to move out of our comfort zone. If you think these ideas are already well ingrained on all levels of your being, and you still have resistance, ask your higher self for an energetic solution. This will manifest as a conscious understanding and/or a shift in your energy. Give yourself a few hours or days, and you’ll know the resistance (or at least some degree of it) has lifted.
The metaphor I share, the process of birthing a baby through spring and into summer, is a reflection of this stage in your journey of ascension. It is about birthing a new you–one that is ready for moving into the next level. No matter where you are at personally, most will be more familiar with the crystalline chakra systems and energy field, and many will be in harmony with and actively utilizing the laws and principles of the 5th dimension, as their life will be changing for the better in likely more than one area. And that is when holding and being with your newborn baby makes the pain and hardship of labor well worth it (and long forgotten).

The emotional intensity has currently heightened as we are at the peak of clearing karmic baggage that has been with us for hundreds and thousands of years. So if you have been feeling increasingly angry, out of control, or helpless, you’re not alone and you’re not crazy. This is such a prevalent issue with just about everybody, that I almost named this newsletter “March Madness.” (LOL. And please, take the time to find a sense of humor these days. You’ll lighten everyone up).
Many of us are just beginning to tap into core wounding that occurred in ancient lifetimes, and has been replayed and recreated ever since. The good news is that we can finally put an end to the repetitions of these disempowering cycles. Some of us are weary from working this process for years already. So mercury retrograde has arrived just in time; make the most of the rest, relaxation, and reflection that this time can offer you. We only have about another 7-10 days of it before we enter the equinox time, when the fireworks and excitement begins.
The 10th (today) signals Daylight Savings Time again for those of us directly impacted by it. I can say that during this month, many will definitely “spring forward,” as they say. On the Spring Equinox, which is bracketed by the new and full moons, those who are ready will receive the spiritual energy and impetus to help them go to that next evolutionary level, as well as “advance” in other life areas. There will be a new level of peace and relief that will be felt here. But much like being shot out of a cannon, the speed and novelty can lead to disorientation, anxiety, and even panic. Although we have reached a certain level of mastery last cycle, this cycle has its own unique challenges–our soul’s next set of tasks. And for those of who aren’t ready to move on to that next level yet? Utilize the powerful forces of the equinox to help you continue to work out your issues. You know what they are, don’t you? If you are paying attention to what’s going on within you and around you these days you can’t miss em’. Your world is your mirror, so take a good look. You really have to do your personal work now, because I’m hearing that even for those newly awakened, the transformative energies of the first part of 2013 will launch you to the spiritual point of no return. As if landing in Oz, you’ve entered a new world that functions in a completely different way than what you’ve ever known. Although you are finding your way home, life as you know it will never be the same. But your inner work will provide you with the needed tools to adapt.
All of us will witness magic this month. Manifesting–using our personal will, desire, or energy to make something take form in the physical realm, was knowledge formerly known to metaphysical masters–spiritual teachers, alchemists, and magicians. But like the theme presented in the new movie,”Oz The Great and Powerful,” these spiritual ideas and energetic abilities are now part of mainstream culture. We are all wizards if we tap into our gifts and passions, and bring them into the world in our own way–a way that promotes the highest good for all. As Harold Whitman said: “Don’t ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
In the movie, Oz, (the magician), experienced more of a 3rd dimensional existence before he came to the land of Oz. The journey to Oz raised him into 5th dimension, where he began living out his true destiny. How did he get there? He unconsciously chose to undergo the healing and spiritual transformation (represented by the tornado) necessary to catapult him into that next level. But this didn’t happen without his building up the inner strength and courage needed to go for it, as well as the cooperation of his shocked and frightened ego. We saw this happen as he begged and prayed for his life in the hot air balloon. And most important of all, this meant eventually looking at all of his arrogance, deception, shirked personal responsibility–in essence, his darkest shadow. Sound familiar yet?
The time of the new moon on the 11th will give us the chance to practice the power of manifesting through the fifth dimensional energies. As our energy systems are updated, becoming more crystalline, we can more easily create that which we intend, instead of relying on the law of attraction as we did in the old energies. Many people are wondering about the status of our worldly affairs. Now that Earth is hovering between the fifth and twelfth dimensions, will we finally see the social changes we’ve been longing for? With the lag time and assimilation process, and many still living out a 3rd dimensional existence, can this even be possible in our lifetimes? From what I hear and feel from the higher dimensional beings, I think much is possible. Although some issues may take decades to completely resolve, we can expect to see beneficial change in the next 5-10 years in areas of women’s rights, environmental issues, healthcare, and more… (More information shared here in the expanded version newsletter).
Just remember, it all starts with you. The wizard in “Oz the Great and Powerful,” was just an ordinary man. But because everyone had faith in him, believing he was the wizard, he became the wizard. As we believe in ourselves and become the change we want to see, the world will surely become our own piece of heaven.

FINDING OUR FOOTING
Here we are. January, 2013. We made it through the big shift! Have you caught your breath yet? Our experience of time has certainly sped up since December 2012, and many of us have had such huge life changes and priorities, we can barely remember who we were a month ago. And it really feels as if years have gone by.
Speaking of time, many humans are starting to experience instant processing. Dreaming, journaling, discussing,walking to clear our heads, and reflecting on events will be less needed as we move into the future. It will happen at once, in the moment. There will be an “a-ha” feeling as the learning fully registers in our energy fields, and is felt in our hearts. As we let go of the old, slow way of processing, one that relied too much on our minds, we will find we have more time in the day.
We’re now in an adjustment phase, a time to get balanced, centered, and realigned with the new energy on the planet. We have to get our heads screwed on straight again. On top of this, we’re still getting blasted with solar flares, storms, and winds, and the energetic downloads that often go along with them. This all has a way of knocking us off our feet (or out of our bodies). We are meant to go through this transformation process while in a physical vessel, so it’s important that we stay as grounded and tuned-in as possible.
We can still ground, center, and re-charge ourselves with the help of Earth and the nature kingdom. So if you’re feeling off, or if you’re having pain issues, like back/neck/head pain, dizziness, digestion problems, or cognitive impairment, seek the Earth. This can also help if you’ve been feeling very emotional. The downloads of spiritual energy are helping us clear old emotions, beliefs, and patterns, and we feel them strongest as they leave our energy fields. The good news: they are then gone for good!
This is a really good time to tend to the physical–take care of your body, get appropriate exercise (what your particular body needs), and catch up on needed rest. Drink lots of water and eat primarily plant-based foods. The light in these substances will heal your body and ease your digestion. You will be replenishing yourself and preparing for the next cycle that starts after the Spring Equinox and before the April lunar eclipse.
Until then, we will play catch up over the next three months. Many of us are stepping out in the world in a new way. This might be a change in residence, career, project, dream, relationship(s), or even a new perspective on life or the world. The new stance will usually involve some risk, as well as a surrendering of the past.
Over the last two months, I’ve witnessed rapid change around me. I have a friend who dropped one career, to pick up a completely different one, another two friends who left Ojai to move to Northern California, and a colleague who lost so much weight–she entirely transformed her physical appearance! For myself, I’ve just begun to get my head above water. My life switched gears as I started to wrap up my first book at the end of November (see right section for book details). I altered my focus and my life, but the publishing is underway! And yes, I am still seeing clients for private sessions.
When we take a new stance in the world, restricting viewpoints and belief systems expand to help us manifest and create in ways we never thought were possible. Fundraising wasn’t my thing, but I found that as I combined it with marketing, I was able to get my work out into the world quickly and easily. Like my example, stay open to novel methods and situations to increase prosperity and abundance, and to help you reach your goals. There could be something right under your nose, just waiting to be discovered. That something might make life more enjoyable, effortless, or magical.
With the Earth vacillating between the fifth and tenth dimensions, and humans falling anywhere from third to fifth, we can lose and confuse our dimensional status. You may find that while in the presence of certain human groups, physical locations, or places in nature, that this shared reality is very different than your individual reality. This is especially true for those who live with partners or family members. The shared reality is a combination of everyone’s vibration/frequency and the overall dimension of existence.
In any of these cases, you might feel yourself being pulled up or down depending on the overall group vibe. What is most important is to maintain or increase your vibration/frequency, and your overall dimension of existence. Many are finding that it’s becoming increasingly uncomfortable and difficult to be around those in the lower dimensions for long periods of time. Maintaining your dimensional stance will make it easier, but ultimately one or more of the group members must make a shift or the group will drift apart.
There is one easy way to maintain or help you raise your dimensional stance: Spend at least a couple hours a day in nature, making direct contact with Earth. Here you’ll easily be raised back up, your energy fields will be cleared, and you’ll re-ground and center. Large bodies of water and sea creatures such as the whales and dolphins are well beyond the fifth dimension, so spending time with them will rejuvenate and refresh, especially in emergencies.
There are surface-level, crystalline grids scattered across the globe that can assist lightworkers in maintaining and raising vibration/frequency, leading to higher dimensional states. They exist in the most fertile areas, and are not limited to the well known U.S. power spots, like Mt. Shasta, Sedona, or Ojai. They exist in forests, deserts, meadows, oceans, and many other places. Go where you feel called. You will receive great spiritual insights there as well.
When you are fully stabilized in fifth dimension and above, contact with those in the lower dimensions will occur infrequently and only by choice. Those who wish to reach you will have to raise their vibration and dimensional stance (even if temporarily) to do so. Don’t let this hold you back from moving into the higher dimensions.
