Happy New Year! I hope it’s been a great start to 2026 for you all so far. With the end of 2025 cosmic energies and the blast of light codes coming in since the 1st, we’ve certainly been assisted in getting prepared for this new beginning.
If you are like me, you are probably taking extra time to integrate right now as well as feeling into this beautiful and novel energy of the fresh year. It definitely is new terrain! So give yourself the space and time for the integration, which can include resting, relaxing, doing nothing at all and the nurturing self-care kind of stuff.
It all started with a Super Full Moon in Cancer on Saturday, January 3rd. Many of my friends and clients have reported big emotions. This is a sentimental full moon energy, bringing up feelings of the past–longings, desires, reflections on what was or what has never been, especially in areas of home, relationships or family.
I have to admit that this moon really caught me off guard! In just a brief interaction with a new acquaintance, I found myself feeling very vulnerable and transparent with some of my sensitive issues coming up. It was a surprise to me that this could arise so easily, but the energies of this moon can help us feel deeply into what needs to be seen and integrated. This inner illumination highlights what residue might still remain with regard to a particular area of our lives.
And because of the nature of the sign of Cancer, emotional releases can happen easily in this cycle so let them flow. This is a time for letting go and looking at what needs to be changed in yourself or your life for greater success as we start off the new year. Some people are experiencing big clearings in the form of an temporary illness like a cold or flu. If your physical body is asking for your support, know that is part of your releasing in this moon cycle as well.
You might even feel a little bit disoriented or gloomy at the time of this moon. A friend of mine even described his experience with these energies as, “feeling like a buoy being rocked at sea.” With the flood of light and new energies coming in since the 1st, new personal timelines are opening up to us.
When a new timeline shift becomes available to us, people can sometimes feel a little lost or apathetic. There’s an unknown feeling because the path forward hasn’t been forged yet. But this is when we need to remind ourselves that we are creating that trajectory through our overall vibrational-frequency state and what we focus on.
With your higher self’s guidance, you can feel into the frequencies your soul wants to play with during this year. Instead of specific physical forms or outcomes, focus on the qualities you’d like to experience more of, like joy, freedom, peace, harmony, expansion, abundance, ease, grace or clarity for example. After that, the appropriate form or outcome for you will take shape in your life in right timing.
For those who are new to this, you can connect to your higher self in meditation or anytime you self-reflect or go inward. As you do, ask for help with feeling into the important frequencies you’d like to create this year and for the big picture of your timeline going forward. As you do, you should notice specific qualities coming into focus and also get a general sense of where you are headed.
For others more experienced, you might get really clear details on what is coming up with directions on action steps from your higher self and the higher dimensional beings that work with you. In either case, make a conscious choice to align with your highest trajectory in this now and feel into the predominant frequency of that path.
This will help you feel more grounded, stable and uplifted as you move forward on your new timeline. You can back this up by getting out and taking a walk or doing anything in nature. It will help you get adjusted to earth’s upgraded light quotient and magnetics.
As the New Earth gateway is now open to all who want access to it, you will notice a change in how you experience nature in this new time. To more people it will appear lighter and brighter, with an expanded magical, blissful and peaceful essence than ever before.
Lastly, the Capricorn Stellium that we are experiencing this week involves the Sun, Venus and Mars. This can give many of us the supportive, grounded and foundational energy we need to move forward with our plans and desires at the start of this year. It’s a time where we can begin to see real results if we take purposeful action.
In addition, with fortunate Jupiter aspecting this stellium we can count on a bigger return from our energy than normal if we keep the faith and continue to put in the effort. This is a great opportunity to allow yourself to be transported onto that upgraded and new energy/timeline as we kick off an exciting and expansive year of 2026. Enjoy the journey in this beginning!

Happy Springtime! This is quite a fresh start for all of us. We are still getting back into the groove after receiving the cosmic downloads, light codes and solstice activations from our winter season. We are now being prepped for the second half of 2024, which should be a fast-moving and productive cycle.
It all starts with rest. Many have been exhausted! The energies of March and the astrology, with multiple planets having been in Pisces, have inspired us to be still, inward and inactive. You might be experiencing sluggishness or apathy.
Feelings of depression and low energy are related to the karmic density lifting out of our energy systems and the collective fields. We are also receiving solar and cosmic mother plasma activations that promote the expansion of our consciousness and upgrading of our DNA. Take good care of your physical selves and stay hydrated. These inner processes are requiring that we slow down and pause. This is a time for a reset and recalibration on all levels.
This is also an auspicious time for healing. It’s about endings, forgiveness and dissolution of the past. Let go of anything that no longer serves your highest good. This can include old circumstances, jobs/careers, living situations, relationships, or life patterns.
Since the Spring Equinox, we have now passed into Aries season. So you should start to feel more fiery, passionate and motivated, especially as we get into April. On the evening of Sunday March 24th PT & early am March 25th EST, we had the first eclipse of this gateway, which is a lunar one.
Along with the incoming eclipse energies and plasma activations, we’ve been having M & X-class solar flares, CME’s and geomagnetic storms. Use this energetic window of opportunity to clear the limitations of your past. Look beyond the patterns and make sure to get the lessons from these experiences. It’s important to get the full mastery so you can truly move forward and be done with these repetitive life themes for good!
That is a big part of what is happening during this eclipse passageway. At the time of the lunar eclipse, those who are ready will be disconnected from their old realities and ways of operating. Feelings of disorientation or confusion may come up because of this, but they will pass fairly quickly. The two week interlude between the lunar and solar eclipse gives everyone the chance to review the past patterns, integrate the learning and align with new timelines.
So expect to have your issues comes up and plan to release to the maximum! The metaphor I’m given is one of moving to a different home, but you can’t take any of your old baggage or belongings with you. Your steadfast focus is on arriving at your new house. All the rest…furniture, home goods, and anything else you might need in this time of beginnings will be at your place waiting for you when you get there.
So the real work here is about simply letting go. And with this depth of releasing, you’ll be brought back in time. People, places and events may run through your memory or you may literally run into folks, go back for a visit or reexperience previous circumstances in order to complete this phase in your lifetime.
For those who have done their inner work over the last decade or longer, this eclipse sandwich time can be a game changer. As you complete the final, finishing touches of this past cycle by the solar eclipse on April 8th, you’ll be connected and realigned with your new personal reality and soul’s mission.
For those who are truly ready, it can also be time to link up and assimilate with the 5D Earth consciousness, where you’ll now be able to remain for the rest of your incarnation.
What does it mean to link up and remain connected to 5D Earth? It means that you don’t have to clear and process the old way. There’s no more heavy lifting.
Instead, as your ascension journey continues, it’ll be more like being in a new country with a different set of rules and regulations. You could also compare it to going up to the next level on a video game. Your spiritual growth will occur more spontaneously and experientially.
For those of us who are not quite ready, the upcoming cycles which include the eclipses in the fall of 2024 and the following solstice and equinox quarters that take us through 2026 will assist many more in making the leap. And of course, there is no rush or race here. We always have the rest of our lifetime to move into the next phase of our ascension journey.
But regardless of wherever you are at, this eclipse season will prove to be a transformative one. There will be opportunities for change in our collective realities that will allow many more in the mainstream to wake up.
Know that anything that breaks apart or falls away in the physical plane during this time is a reflection of our consciousness shifting. It shows that many more no longer resonate with the old reality and are now aligning with 5D.
For those of us who are so aligned, I expect we will have more heaven on earth experiences in this eclipse passageway. It’s a bit like Dorothy waking up in OZ, with vivid colors, new and bold beginnings, and peculiar but delightful circumstances we can embrace and enjoy. See it all as an exciting adventure that will get us to our destination much quicker and with the help of our friends!

The new moon in Gemini on the 18th officially kicks off the summer solstice energy! Many are going to notice the powerful shift that happens around this time. For one thing, the Gemini energy is going to highlight our attraction for more joy, lightness and freedom in our current realities. Many will feel more able to access clarity around life-altering decisions, potentially being able to choose a pathway that supports their values, long term-goals and overall life/timeline shifts that can affect career, money, relationships and health areas.
The summer solstice falls on the 21st of June in the U.S. We’ll be receiving codes and activations then that will bring upgrades in our crystalline bodies and DNA, leading to more vitality, robust health and longevity. Remember that with the upgrades come the release of density and therefore a need to detox. The body can feel tired and heavy during this, so extra time to sleep, rest and relax is important.
These upgrades can also help us accelerate our speed and ability in manifesting. Our connections to Mother Earth and her crystals will support our transforming bodies and manifestation processes, as well as serve us in becoming more telepathic with humans and other beings. In this way, communications can happen more easily and instantaneously, even at times when we are not aware of it. With these upgrades, we’ll be more pulled towards those who energetically resonate with us on a vibrational level. This is why many more will be finding their soul tribes, partners or families in the second half of 2023. These are the people we will be called to collaborate with in new projects, creations, and in serving our collective in many ways over the next decade.
This new moon and solstice energy also emphasizes the need for greater intimacy and healthy communication in all relationships. This starts with ourselves first. Dive deep within your heart center and feel that steady, constant flow of divine connection, love and trust that is always there. When we access the higher realms during meditation and other spiritual practices, we can easily receive the support, healing and guidance from our angels, guides and other higher dimensional beings who will also assist us to get more deeply in touch with our infinite soul.
As this new moon also happens to fall on Father’s Day, the energy supports healing father issues and the distorted masculine energy in our collective. You might find yourself thinking about your relationship with your father and your child soul aspects. If it’s relevant for you, get the support to release or transform any old childhood and past life traumas associated with your father or other significant early relationships. If you contact your father at this time, know that it will likely bring a greater connection and/or healing for both of you. This might mean making a phone call or visiting, while for others the communication might happen in dreamtime, meditation, while journaling, or through another healing modality.
Many will find that during this cycle, they are able to renounce old patterns and emotions, leading to more compassion and complete forgiveness related to any significant relationships in their lives. If you’ve been consistently doing the inner work to heal some of your closest relationships, especially if you’ve been at it for many years, there is an opportunity here to see major breakthroughs. This can positively impact every area of your life, in a massive way! If you haven’t done any healing, now is the time to start. The astrological alignments and cosmic energies will support your process. Because of the energies and the increasing vibration on the planet, healing can happen much more quickly and easily now than it has for many of us in the past.
Our healing and forgiveness will also help support the distorted masculine collective in the healing process as well. The distorted masculine energy is in each of us, man or woman. It’s the part of us that feels the need to control, manipulate, dominate, deceive, corrupt, or lash out in order to feel safe. We see this distortion in our world in any authoritarian groups or organizations who support the few instead of the many. It’s in those who use their power for their benefit only, instead of helping to ignite more freedom, love and collaboration for all.
Releasing our emotional pain and holding a space of compassion for any distorted masculine energy in ourselves, lovers, friends, family or society is such a key piece in the masculine’s healing. As we do this, the masculine will feel safe enough to be vulnerable, come forward, clear the air if needed, and drop his emotional burdens. It is happening now. This is why we are starting to see more harmony between men and women, those who are different, and those who have previously been divided over some topic or social agenda. It is also why those outdated, corrupt and greedy organizations and structures in our world are beginning to fall away. More upgraded, heart-centered and inclusive possibilities are already coming in!
The feminine is going to show us the way through all of this, especially now and over the next few years as we transition out of the old, traditional patriarchal leadership. This is why feminine values and energies such as vulnerability, emotional expression, interdependence, collaboration, empathy, reflection, intuition, flexibility and transformation are going to be so necessary for all of us to use and work with more in our lives.
So no matter where you are with regard to your deepest issues or patterns in particular life areas, know that this new moon and summer solstice will help you release and activate what’s needed to gain clarity, make choices and thrive on your new timeline. As the body and DNA upgrades support your health, manifestation and expanding telepathic abilities, you’ll naturally go deeper in your connection and communication with yourself, the earth and others. This expanding intimacy will ignite the profound healing that is possible regarding father issues and the distorted masculine, and any other significant relationship challenges. Go with the flow, enjoy and allow for the unfoldment of this process. As you do, you can expect pleasant surprises and progress!

This Gemini new moon on the 30th is also in the sun sign Gemini! The incoming energies can activate lighthearted, excitable and dreamy feelings. Work with them to ignite new beginnings, life adventures and access a greater sense of youthfulness…As we become more blissful and expanded, it can be easy to feel spacey and ungrounded. Spend more time on the earth to recenter and help anchor the incoming light codes.This moon kicks off a great time period for clearer communication, collaboration, celebrations and completion, especially after mercury goes direct on the 3rd of June. It can be perfectly aligned to do more writing, traveling, socially engaging, or visiting family or friends.
Especially where there has been separation or estrangement, people are coming back together. In fact, in this next cycle, closer connections can be formed in many types of personal relationships, including with siblings, peers or colleagues. This ripples out and can lead to more folks feeling accepted and affiliated in their communities. So take the time to get those new programs, projects or classes developed and out into the world where they are needed!
Many are gaining new ideas and ways of perceiving reality that can accelerate manifestation processes. The new energies can also support us in hearing divine guidance and navigating the unknown in unexpected circumstances or areas of our lives. Divine will doesn’t always make logical sense or come forth in a linear way. In order to discern it clearly, we must listen to our hearts, not our emotions or attachments. In many cases, there is often a sense of lightness, rightness, expansion, freedom and joy. It is experienced differently for everyone, but there will always be a deep inner knowing. As we surrender more deeply, allowing the divine to direct our lives, we begin to take action or a risk on an idea, goal or long-held dream. This is when things can get really interesting!
